Great area to walk and see many types of art, sculptures and food. Parking can be tough depending on time of day visited. Galleries and museums as well a quaint shops or eateries to visit. Different experience at night with things lit up so it was fun visiting daytime and again at night. Lovely day.

This District is definitely worth a visit. There's lots of outdoor sculptures around the Hunter Museum (even if you are there in the evening after it closes), and in the small sculpture park down the street from the museum. In fact, there's also a lot of public art throughout the neighborhoods and the walk between the District and downtown. And... More

This is a lovely place to walk around, get a bite to eat, a sip of coffee, an eyeful of the river. My only complaint is that I wish there were more! It's so charming and cozy in every nook and cranny but only occupies a block.

The Bluff View Art District is a wonderful area of Downtown Chatt that should be visited by all! Great shops with a wonderful, quaint feel about it. I didn't eat there, but the aromas coming from Tony's was enticing! Loved the bakery and the sculpture park overlooking the river view. The only thing I think BVAD needs is a fine... More

It's obvious that Chattanooga has many residents who love art and loved making their city a showcase of beautiful art, architecture, and gardens. Throughout the city, one can see sculptures, murals, fountains, modern and traditional architecture, all in some of the most beautiful natural and designed settings of any Southern city. It is reminiscent of great European cities for its... More

This isn't an attraction...it is something to do when you don't have something to do. There is a nice, but small sculpture garden. Worth a look if you like art. Pay attention to hours. It was after hours but gate was open so we went in. Can do the while thing in 30 mins. When you leave grab the yellow... More

Park on the High Street bridge or close to the Hunter Art Museum and put on your walking shoes. You can spend all day in this district: breakfast and coffee at Rembrandt's, walk across the glass bridge to downtown and back, Tony's Pasta for lunch, Hunter Art Museum and art gardens outside.
