The guides we helpful and made the trip enjoyable. They encourages the few that were apprehensive and explained everything in detail. I was slightly disappointed that the website, management, or any emails did not mention Zip line #6 Wicked witch was damaged and could not be used. It is supposedly the fastest one so I feel I did miss out on part of the experience with no offer to make up for it. The person taking photos did not get any pictures of one person in our group. The manager emailed apologies but never offered to apologize over the phone. They were never able to explain why there were no pictures or why they did not catch it while we could retake them. He did refund half the purchase price for pictures but the $20 hardly makes up for the lost pictures or helps fund a trip to recreate the moment.

Had a great time today with Jackson and Brailee on the amazing course of OZ. Zipping over the soy bean fields at full speed was made interesting by the humor and attention to detail that we were given. At no time did we feel uncomfortable with the various lines. Each zip was named for a character from the Wizard of Oz and lived up to its namesake. The staff did a great job in keeping us safe and ensuring that all our needs were met. The only problem I had was the climb up the towers. The steps started to get tiring before we finished. Young people should have no problem with this, but this old man almost ran out of steam. But this doesn't mean a distraction to OZ but rather a warning that this is a slightly strenuous course. Overall we had a great experience and really enjoyed the time we spent with the wonderful family of OZ.

I guess if this is the first zip line you've been on it would be okay. Half of the lines run thru an open soy bean field with the other half thru a few trees. Not what I have experenced in the past. However, the staff was great. They were the best part about it. The major bad part is the company doesn't allow cell phones, camers, or gopros on the course. You have to purchase any pictures from them. It is a good course for first timers before advancing to better and longer courses.

The staff was awesome! They were super friendly and hilarious! The runs were really fun. They accommodated our group on their day off since it was the only day we could go. Thanks again! We had a great time!
