- celester11785 contributionsPerfect 14th birthday party locationWe booked this for my son's 14th escape room birthday. Walking in we were immediately impressed with the facilities and the theming. We reserved their party room and it was Awesome! It was a group of 8 teenagers and 6 adults and the room was very comfortable, impressively decorated and perfect for the occasion. The parents had the option to watch and hear the kids while they did their escape room adventure but we chose to do our own escape room while the kids did theirs. We loved the room and felt it was the perfect challenge level. The kids also really enjoyed their room and we both finished about the same time. The employees were very attentive and helpful. There was a fridge and sink we could use for the party items. Everything was perfect for our group. Would absolutely 100% recommend and we will return to this location!Celeste, we were honored to help you celebrate your son's 14th birthday! It is great to hear that your son’s birthday party was such a hit! Our team works hard to create a memorable experience, and we’re delighted that you were impressed with the facilities and theme from the moment you walked in. From the moment we stepped in, the staff was welcoming and helpful, setting the tone for an exciting adventure. This place has some killer technology and really good puzzles. The hints given are well done and give you just the right push for you to get that next part of the room done. So far this is my favorite escape room in Memphis!

This place is amazing from the moment you walk in the door. The lobby is unbelievable. The rooms hold the same standard. Great attention to detail and hidden craftsmanship. This was my first time to visit in escape room here, yet it was my 15th escape room. I would have to say the best one in Memphis and probably top three that I’ve ever visited.

Dakota was awesome!!! Our friends ended up be a little late and he made sure that we could still play even though our tartiness! We got done at 19:34 seconds and it was really fun! Thank so much for an amazing experience! We’ll be back!! And give Dakota that raise!!

What a fun experience. We are in town visiting friends and decided to try the experience. We had such a great time that we came back and did a second experience!!! I highly recommend Shanghied and Budapest Express. We felt very safe with their Covid-19 precautions.

This room is a ton of fun. It is the first escape room that we have played outside of downtown. Very cool atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. We played Budapest Express and will definitely be back to play the other rooms the next time we are in Memphis.

I bought one of the experiences for my son for Christmas. It was easy to set up the reservation online. We arrived at the appointed time and had to wait just a few minutes for our room to be ready. Everything was explained and we were on our way. One challenging hour later and we escaped! The lobby is stylishly decorated and so are the rooms. Perfect for date night or a family experience.

We went for my son's 14th birthday. It was hard but we figured it out with less than two minutes left. This was our third time doing this but first time at this one. The inside was gorgeous with nice seating and games while you wait. The room was awesome! He wanted to do another one when we got done! Will be going back real soon!

Great rooms. We’ve done 3/4 and we’ll be back for the fourth! The staff is always incredibly kind and their games are inventive and not repetitive like some. Worth the time. I especially recommend Seven Deadly Sins!

Super fun! Would highly encourage you to stop what you're doing and get to Escapology in Bartlett. My family and I escaped with 5 minutes to spare. Talk about feeling the pressure. Most fun I've had in awhile. Thanks Escapology!!!

Is everyone getting the discount for leaving a positive review? I was, but I have one friend who says they were not, but another who says they were, and encouraged to specifically say “best one in Memphis.”

Each staff member has, at their discretion the ability to give a group or an individual a discounted “replay” code after a game but this is not required and they are not givin as a reward for leaving a review. While we encourage players to leave reviews we do not require or ask for Positive reviews. We want honest reviews, good, bad, etc. Customer feedback is what helps us get better at serving our customers needs.
