The store takes up an entire city block of the city. We visited later in the day and had dinner here. While the food was not much to write home about we did discover that all the restaurant staff were college students on exchange for...More

We saw this on Food Network and several friends recommended. It was ok but definitely a tourist trap. I bought a Christmas ornament in the first shop we went in and saw it in another shop (they are all part of Wall) for less money.

I like the story behind Wall drug. It is a bit over priced for the souvenirs. The homemade pie was really good! They have free ice water :). Overall a nice quick stop.

I have visited Wall Drug a couple different times. It seems like they just keep adding more! My son really enjoyed the splash pad. It definitely is what some people would call a tourist trap, but I really enjoy everything there is to see.

This is the place for high price souvenirs of whatever you are looking for, from jewelry, to home décor and leather products, and much more. I thought it would be a big drug store, since its name is Wall Drug.

Stopped in on our way home to Cincy at about 10a....and already super busy. The shops were interesting and the prices were not too hateful. Stop in, but some tourist fudge and trinkets.

The history of Wall Drug is fascinating. A great place to buy touristy keepsakes and other junk. I would say this is a great place for younger kids. Our teens were bored and unimpressed.

Is it worth doing, probably. Only because of the name and the frame that has come to this place. It was a nice break in our driving. The donuts really are some of the best we've ever had. I tried the five cent coffee and...More

We went through 2 times about 8 days apart and never experienced that. No real problems besides the crowds but it was peek tourist season.
