My wife and I stopped here on our road trip west. I would best describe Wall Drug as an enclosed mall with several gift shops, an ice cream/soda fountain store, counter order and pick up eatery, donut shop, and many photos and paintings of Wall,...More

Is it actually a drug store? A restaurant? A gift shop? Maybe lots of gift shops? An art gallery? A clothing store? A museum? A theme park? Why yes it is. All of those. And a family business with a long history. So have the...More

One person in our party of 5 wanted to stop at Wall Drug. We were amused by all the billboard advertising we saw as we travelled westward on I-90. We stopped and we enjoyed experiencing the tourist trap that this place had to offer. When...More

If you haven't been there, you haven't been to South Dakota. It's a mega-tourist-souvenir stop that's bill-boarded for a thousand miles around. Visit it if only for the experience (and free water lol). Lots of kitchy stuff to look at, and an actually interesting display...More

I would guess that Wall Drug is the largest employer in Wall as this place is immense. You could spend all hour vacation money here if you wanted. I'm just sad that I started my trip here. You need to finish here so you can...More

This is just a really big tourist trap, bus tours love it. Lots of unique things to look at if you have nothing better to do, but really not worth your time.

As you travel along the Interstate heading to Badlands N.P. it is hard to miss one of their seemingly endless billboards set to lure you in. An obvious tourist trap, this place reels them in by the busload. Literally. Growing up in the 60's, this...More

We were there for about an hour or two. If we had eaten there, we would have been there longer. There is so much to see and lots of shops to go into - even if only for window shopping.
