Islay Contoy was amazing, the best place I visited in my trip to Mexico. This island is so calm and peaceful, with crystal clear waters and white sand, is the Caribbean at its finest. The water was so clear you could see the fish swimming around your feet. The island has a small museum, few shacks and a restroom. It... More

I fell in love with this place as soon as the boat docked . It's beautiful white sand and clear water was perfect . The stingrays and crabs just added to its beauty as well as the barracudas and birds brought it the perfect spot to sit and dream about leaving city life to live in perfect peace ( until... More

We did a day excursion to here and LOVED it. FIrst- we went with EcoTours on what they said was the fastest boat in the water. It was fast, but not fun. The island itself is awesome. No break in the water so you can just sit on the beach in the water and relax. We did a little tour... More

Booked this trip through thompson and was left disappointed. We were picked up early on a minibus around 7.00am - not the most comfortable 75 minute ride. Once in Cancun we were waiting a long time to board the boat to go on our adventure. The speedboat journey was the most unpleasant, bumpy ride I have ever been on. We... More

Arranged this trip through Thompsons and so glad we did. The island is absolutely beautiful. Snorkelling was fab only disappointment we didn't see turtles. Make sure you take bio degradable repellant as I was bitten to death and they don't let you use anything else

Came here yesterday through tomsons and it was amazing! The views were breathtaking like you were in the Maldives. The water was so clear and shallow we also saw a stingray! I would definitely recommend coming here for a day, it's not a trip to miss! Photos make everyone back home jealous

This island was absolutely breath taking. When our small boat was approaching there were thousand of frigates and pelicans all around the island. The water on the beach was crystal clear and very shallow. We saw rays that would swim right up to your feet and lots of barracudas, horse shoe crabs, hermit crabs, iguanas among other wildlife. The entire... More

This was a beautiful island. Was lovely to do a short exploration and although you can only go on a limited part of it the view from the top of the observation tower was stunning. The lunch was excellent. Really couldn't fault our time there and we will remember the peace and tranquillity we felt the few hours we got... More

The beach is amazing, the views spectacular, the walking tour is fantastic, but beware if it's a hot day, because you are asked to not wear sunscreen (or wear biodegradable sunscreen), and while there was a small list of rules that our group was given, I saw others disobeying it all. Please familiarize yourself with the rules before you go,... More

The island is just pretty perfect with white almost like sugar sand and blue clear water. It was a very hot day but the beach was worth it. Take mosquito repelent, lots of it. i was bitten all over. other than that, enjoy paradise
