A great way to pas a few hours in the summer is to attend a Sioux Falls Canaries minor league baseball game at the Bird Cage. It is affordable, clean, family fun. They have good food and beers at reasonable prices and the field is neatly groomed. The stadium is clean and free parking is readily accessible.

Went to a Sioiux Falls Canaries game, and had a good time. Typical minor league baseball atmosphere and a chance to feel like you're part of the game.

It is a very peaceful park to watch the falls and listening to the water going dow the falls. The park has plenty of wonderful benches to sit on to enjoy people watching and be near the falls

A small minor league type baseball stadium, this is the home field for the Sioux Falls Canaries. They draw a nice friendly crowd with lots of kids. The stadium has regular seating and also walkways that extend into home run territory on both the right and left field sides of the field. There are also grass berms where some fans... More

My grandson's baseball team was invited to walk out unto the field for the opening night and have some time to throw and catch the ball with the Canary players...and of course have their families take photos of the team with Cagey and Peep, the team's mascot. A big event for 8 year-olds...something they will always remember. It truly was... More

If you want to go to a baseball game that harkens back to a bygone era, then the Birdcage is the place for you. Watching the Canaries take the field is an awesome experience, not for the athletic prowess of the players, but for the show that is put on for the spectators. Love love love this place!

We were able to get a suite and really enjoyed our time there. It was very hot that day, so it was nice to sit in the indoor suite when we wanted a break from the heat. It also had a cable tv, so the little kids could watch a show when they needed a break too. The staff checked... More
