I am a little upset because I had called several places trying to do something special for my mom since I just moved back after 20 years and because of this whole Covid debacle. I was so happy to get an appt and it sounded so promising. After hanging up the receptionist (who was extremely nice) calls back and tells me there is going to be an upcharge after I had paid for everything up front because my mother and I would be in the same room for set up. It wasn't that much by all means, but when I just bought 2 of the more expensive packages, I just found it extremely unprofessional. I owned a business for quite some time and I found this minuscule and poorly handled. I just asked them to refund my card which they did with no problem. I hope that tiny fee was worth over $500. Thanks.

We visited Spa 2000 for the first time. I would recommend for anyone - its a nice environment. They have a for-purchase drink menu in the waiting area which is a nice perk. They also offer a larger variety of services than many spas in the area. Will definitely go back again!

Hannah was amazing! I had an hour long La Stone Massage and it was so relaxing and absolutely enjoyed every single minute! The room instantly put me in a calm state! Super friendly and excellent staff and spa! I will be back!

I've gone to Spa 2000 for pedicures, manicures, and facials in the past. Each experience was so relaxing, and I have found Spa 2000 to consistently be incredibly generous, hospitable, and thoughtful toward its guests. Most recently, I had my first massage experience with Spa 2000, and again it did not disappoint. If you're wanting to feel pampered and well cared for, I highly recommend it!

I went in for a prenatal massage and blow out while I was in town visiting. I did happen to be a few minutes late due to the lyft driver trying to get around in horrible weather. When I walked in I apologized for being a few minutes late and they reassured me that it was just fine since they weren’t busy this afternoon anyways so it wouldn’t be an issue! My massage started then 15 minutes late by the time I filled out paperwork and talked to the massage therapist. When the massage was done I looked at the time and it had ended 10 minutes before my massage was scheduled for so I really got a 35 minute massage! I was so sad since right now a massage is much needed. I figured well I guess I will only have to pay for a 45 minute massage at the most. Once I got done with my blow out and went to check out I brought up my concern on the length of the massage. They basically said nope you were late so you have to pay for the 60 minute massage. I understand I was a few minutes late but again they made it sound like they could simply accommodate by lengthening it at the end not taking off an extra 10 minutes!! Just annoyed I paid 86 dollars for a 35 minutes okay massage! I guess I should have gone elsewhere! Won’t be coming back and won’t send any friends or family here.
