We frequent this spot. We love the outdoors and the Outdoor Campus has a great walking path. We love it. They have classes you can sign up for, events and ITS FREE! We have gone as a couple, as a family and as a large community service group. We have always enjoyed our time here.

There is always something interesting to see here. The local GF&P staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. In the summer season, many opportunities to learn something new with various activities planned. There are critters all over the place!

The Outdoor Campus has a lot of offer. Trails to talk in the summer and in the winter, family fun outings that are a huge hit for our entire family. There's a small play area for the kids (stumps to walk on, that sort of thing) and the inside area has a few displays as well. There's a park right... More

We enjoyed The Outdoor Campus. The inside is geared more towards little kids but did enjoy the giant fish. We took in the trails and played on the logs outside. since we do not live in the area we did not take any classes in but there was one going on while we were there and they were having a... More

The Outdoor Campus has nice hiking trails and a nice pond. It is free. The nature exhibits inside are informative and relevant. There is a large playground just across from the main building. The volunteers and staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

I stopped in and asked if their was anything here for adults to see or do and the man told me no. He said I could look at the couple of indoor fish tanks they have and then walk on a trail outside. They had a neat indoor fish tunnel for kids to walk through. Most of outside trails were... More

There is lots of advertising for the Outdoor Campus. We were hoping this was a place to get hands on experiences (specifically Kayaking), but it turns out, it really is a place for park and rec like classes for people who live in SF. Exhibits geared for younger kids - but are quality. There was a elementary age summer camp... More
