This is a fun place. There is absolutely nothing elegant about it, nothing. You will always find a surprising and interesting group of people here. Some of them may look questionable especially during the bike rally, but deep down they are a friendly group. Good...More

Ate here yesterday while on a back road sightseeing drive with friends. This little place earns true “hole in the wall” or “dive” status with a good burger and fries and cold beer or as pointed out by friends... cream sodas. The establishment has been...More

There is nothing better than a saloon in a town with the population of 8! We stopped by while driving an UTV. Met the owner. The place is truly unique and historical. They offer beer, soda, and food. So much character in this place.

You are always a weary traveler when you come to the Moonshine Gulch Saloon. The northern section of the Black Hills is beautiful, yet unforgiving. Whether you arrive by bicycle on the Mickelson trail, by Harley during a motorcycle classic, by ATV from fishing, or...More

We stopped here for lunch while biking the Dumont-Mystic portion of the Michelson Bike Trail and it did not disappoint. This is a genuine back-woods saloon and as such the menu is simple but tasty (not sure if it was my extreme hunger or what...but...More
