It is quite a hassle to find places to park when you want to see Rapid City attractions so taking the trolley was an easier and cheaper option. Although, of course you have to wait for the schedule per stop. Sometimes, they arrive earlier or later than the scheduled time so be at the stop even before the schedule.

This is a lovely old-fashioned trolley that offers a narrated, and guided tour of the city, stopping at 14 or 15 stops. It runs hourly starting at the Milo Barber Transportation Center in the heart of downtown. If you do not get off, you can get a quick bird’s eye view of the city, and finish the loop in exactly... Very affordable, good for an overview of what to see, and where things are. You can get on/off throughout the day with a reboarding pass. My only "complaint" is that the stops are hard to find. You must be at the sign at pickup time (once an hour) or you miss it. Signs can be at any corner of the... More

This 1+ hour trip around the city is well worth the time of any visitor to Rapid City. The cost is 2$ for adults and $1 for honored (senior 60+) citizens and the handicapped. You can jump off at any of the several stops and re-board when the trolley returns. A musr do when visiting Rapid City.

Loved the trolley ride. Only $2.00 each and you can hop on and hop off as many times as you like. Full of history and it gives you a narrative about all the things to do and see while you are in Rapid City.

Took the trolley on the first day. Stopped outside the Holiday Inn. It is a good way to get an overview of Rapid City and to get around.

For $2.00 per adult, it's not a bad little tour of Rapid City. The audio isn't the greatest and doesn't always time right with where the trolley is but it did have some good information. Seat are uncomfortable but bearable for an hour tour of the town. It is a great time filler or if you wanted to get on... More

A group of friends hopped onto the trolley and relaxingly got to ride around town to see what Rapid City offers. We had seen all these things, but the driver gave us extra information about each one, and it was just delightful. If you don't know your way around Rapid, let this show you what you might and might not... More
