A thriving downtown business district. Main Street Square was a phenomenal idea and is great to visit all year round. Summer Nights on Thursdays is not to be missed. Lots of dining options. There can be some overt although relatively benign panhandling.

Rapid city was great, a place that had everything we needed for our stay! We found the grocery store with ease and even a hardware store for our fishing license. We had vehicle trouble at one point and we were able to take care of it and keep going on our adventures!

If you love history, you will love to see this statues of all the different Presidents, it is really interesting to see just how big these true giants of history really were. It is a nice stroll through downtown and many nice shops/cafes/bistros along the way.

We spent a large amount of time walking around the downtown area. It is a very pretty area to walk around, with los o quaint shops to look through. There was an ice rink set up for the winter, as well as movies screening. A great area to walk around.

While attending a conference in Rapid City I was able to take a little time to browse the downtown area. Rapid City has done a great job at keeping the buildings up, keeping it clean and safe, and it's just an overall nice area to see a little history, and browse some unique shops.

We went in there with an hour left before I to be at work (10 minute drive). Waitress was there right away. we knew what we wanted, ordered soft drinks, and waited. But not for long, the stuffed tater tots were there within10 minutes. When we were almost finished with them, the entrees arrived. We both ordered cluckers, hers was... More
