We really didn’t have a great start. When we walked in another man with his family was at the counter asking if he could get a refund on his tickets and was met with an attitude from a lady at the front desk saying they don’t give refunds. He actually handed us his tickets and walked out saying his was done with them. When it was out turn we talked to a man and asked about the paintball and if it required tickets or just paying. We had an even worse attitude with this man. He talked to us like we were dumb saying it was entirely different and didn’t take tickets. Then informed us that it involved paint (who knew 🙄). The provide absolutely nothing other than a mask. We just saved our tickets and went back another day and got there early and had as little to do with them as possible.

It could be cleaner and more up to date but it is still super fun! Just wash your hands afterwards or use extra germ-x. We rode the race carts which went crazy fast! We also did 4 rounds in the batting cages and they were just as expected. Then we played some arcade games, yeah they were older but they still had all the classic games and we had a ton of fun. The games were pretty much all a quarter or .50 cents a piece and the prizes were pretty typical for the younger kids. All in all well worth the money and time to stop by and play. We went on a weekday and there was only a few other people there so it was perfect. Also the lady at the counter was super nice and friendly and explained everything they had very well!

We had already done everything but got bumped off our flight and stumbled across this place. No doubt it’s VERY old inside but we had a blast. Bumper cars, go karts, batting ranges we had fun.

Disgusting is the best word to describe this place. Shady part of town, looks like someone shot at one of the windows. Go inside and everything is dark, dirty and trashed. Like they opened and no one ever took care of anything again. Gross. Don't do it.

Was in the Black Hills for some family time over the weekend and this place popped up as a suggested destination. Big mistake after checking the website the pictures must have been taken on day one. This place looks to have been retrofitted into an old warehouse slash trucking or automotive shop it does not appear that any money has been put back into this establishment in the customers favor in the over 10 years this place has been operating this place has poor lighting and is filthy throughout the facility lazer tag guns are probably original 4 of the 8 guns our party used were broken and only were responsive half the time the website says 6 bumper cars only 5 on floor and only 3 operational my family is drawn to these places because of the variety of activities we have been to several different and for the price these guys charge it does not meet expectations they benefit greatly by being the only facility of this kind as far as Black Hills attractions go this was a complete disappointment and would not return to waste money
