There was something for each member of the family to enjoy: the buildings, polka dancing, fiddlers, big machines parade, and food (for a very reasonable price). Highly recommended for a day trip and worth the money.

We arrived at about 0930 Am on Saturday August 25. We observed several of the various demonstrations showing the use of antique machinery and methods. During the afternoon we watched three different parades and finally wrapped up the evening listening to South Dakota Old time...More

A lot of history with much to see. Many historical buildings to see and be able to relieve the past. There is some walking involved, but it is well worth the effort. This place is a must see.
