We loved tasting their wines, and love some of the names such as 'Menopause Merlot', 'Lawrence Elk', and 'Buck Naked'. The day that we were there the owner was there behind the tasting bar. She was full of information about not only the winery but the area. Will stock up on more wine before we leave!

We really enjoyed this winery. The owner was serving & gave us a bit of info on each wine. We opted for a bottle of the Wild Grape Port, which was expensive, but we decided to splurge since this was the best port we ever tasted! We also bought a bottle of the vodka, which is made from grapes. It... More

We did a free wine tasting here and were very impressed. The staff was friendly and informative and the wines were delicious! Try the wine slushes and the jams, particularly the Ka-Pow!

This is not just a winery, they have mead too. Try the Buck Naked mead. My husband and I loved the mead. The wine/mead samples are free. The gift shop had free cracker samples with different toppings (i.e. jelly). Kids loved the snacks we bought. Prices are reasonable. A must see.

No charge for the wine tasting if you purchase a bottle. We bought two bottles with the Mount Rushmore label. We enjoyed the chat with the young man at mad the bartender.

We try their wines every year and always end up leaving with a case of assorted bottles. They are very low key, offer great samples and ideas, and are a pleasure to visit. They are always on our visit list!

The wine tasting is free. You can choose 4 wines. I purchased two of the Reds (Full Throttle and Rushmore Red). Both were excellent. The staff was helpful. Great place to stop by.

We happened upon this place after trying another winery up the road and not having a great experience (staff that was tired of the crowds and it was easy to tell). At Stone Faces, the owner and his son were tending bar as the rest of their staff had left early on the Sunday before Labor Day. They had lots... More
