We arrived on March 27, 2016. We could not check in until 1700 but, that worked out because the traffic coming through Atlanta was horrible! Last time we had a six person room, this time we had an eight person room. The room they gave us had three stories! two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, living room, kitchen and... More

FYI this is also listed as Kinston a Manor. It's the same place. So the good news is it's quiet and centrally located in the Upcountry of South Carolina. Close to both Georgia and North Carolina. It is also spacious. Living room, kitchen, powder room and dining with outside patio on the first floor and the second floor has two... More

Well, we travelled to this location to stay the weekend. While the location is ok you have to travel to get to popular spots like Helen or Asheville ... The turning leaves were great on the property. The decor is very 80's and needs to be updated... Hot water is very limited so you have to be quick... Not enough... More

Place roomy, staff very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub maintained nicely. House cleaning needs to step it up. Will return. Very nice for fall foliage, water fall was great near by.

We just returned from visiting friends while they were staying at Kingston Manor, and spent one night with them. The main floor has a living room and kitchen with a small bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom, and downstairs is a large open room with a couch, chair, table w/2 chairs, large bathroom. While the unit was older,... More

I vacationed here for a week with my daughter and grandchildren. We had a great week! I would call this place rustic. It is in the woods and quite old. Two bedrooms downstairs were it was cold, very nice for sleeping in the summer. Full bathrooms upstairs and down. One thing to know is there is no maid service unless... More

My wife and I spent a week at your facility in May 2015. It was a relaxing, quiet, comfortable, stress free week. Thank you.

My husband and I had a relaxing week here. The unit 36B was in excellent condition, clean and new pots and pans in the kitchen. We will be going back next November with a very special couple who just purchased a timeshare after visiting with us.

This place is terrible. We booked at the last minute and thought we could brave the other reviews. There are cockroaches and ants in the rooms. Appliances are very outdated. The units do not come with a washer and dryer. Floors/ carpets are dirty. Units do not come with a vacuum either. They give you a dust pan and a... More
