One of the oldest courses on the Southern Strand, this club offers large greens, and no parallel holes; two characteristics that tend to be absent from many of the modern courses at Myrtle Beach.

This course is great fun for seasoned players. Course management is a must if you are to stay out of the waste bunkers. I play here often as course drains well after rain and play moves along well. Love these greens.

I have played this course many times over the years, making the drive from Charleston to do so. This time may be the last time I drive here for THIS COURSE. I was to disappointed to see the greens in such bad shape, no grass and just terrible in every way. The waste bunkers look like an overgrown field and... More

Well, I'll have played 5 tracks this week and this was my least favorite. Bag people not that friendly, waste bunker heaven here, and frankly just didn't fit my eye. Not a terrible place, just not for me.

We played this course on 4/27/2016 after having been there during past visits. The layout is outstanding, however, maintenance has dissappeared. Ever area of the track requires attention and investment. This place really shows the effect of less play!

Just finished our round and it took 5 hours. We had a tee time at 1:50 we arrived about 1:00 there was about 30+ people waiting to tee off, about 1:30 we went back to the club house and spoke to the gentlemen working the front desk to see if we could play another day (possibly getting a rain check)... This is a nice course. Didn't find it over challenging but there is enough water, waste bunkers, and sand traps to keep it interesting. Nice pro shop. Only one suggestion-staff could be more friendly. I'd play here again.

Played here in late February 2016 and found the course to be in good condition for the season. Myrtle Beach is still soggy from the torrential rains last fall but this course was cart path only on only two holes. Greens were in excellent condition. Pace of play was great.

This course is very different than any we have golfed before. the layout winds thru the neighbourhood as if it was a afterthought. The waste bunkers make up a good portion of the course so if you don"t like sand pick a different course. Overall conditions were good but playing it once is enough for me. The lady on the... More

Excellent Staff! From the pro to the bag man they are first rate. The course is noted for all of the driving through waste bunkers to get on to the actual fairway. However, we actually got to drive a cart on the course. Founders drains well and you can drive on the fairways most times you play the course. When... More
