Found this plantation on the "things to do" in Myrtle Beach on TripAdvisor, and so happy that I did! We decided to include horseback riding on our trip to Myrtle, as a way to try something different while here at the beach. We decided to...More

My daughter (age 7) and I did the waterway ride. This is a 60 minute ride with the majority of the trial being in the woods so mostly shaded. Part of the ride is along the water with some beautiful views. We stopped part way...More

Experiences for kids (5,8) while visiting Myrtle Beach (3 Replies)
Now that I've got some awesome ideas about how to break up our long drive on the way to/from Myrtle Beach I'm looking for some new ideas about what to do/see with our kids once we get to the beach. Last year we took them to WonderWorks and also to Ripley's Aquarium. We were going to do the Skywheel on our last day there, but got rained out; so we're hoping to be able to do the Skywheel during this year's trip. We have an 8 year old daughter and a 5 year old son. Some of the things that we've...More

He gave positive feedback especially since he said he was an 80s video game kid. The SkyWheel is a must and if you can purchase your tickets in advance I would do so because it cuts back on the wait time. We have been on it both around sunset & at night, it is nice at night with all the bright colored lights. I have also looked...More
