Nice pier to take the kids to let them see the ocean up close. Didn't get to fish, but managed to walk out and get a few pics. Liked the 2 story observation deck. Didnt like how the parking was set up but will surely be back to fish next time I'm in NMBeach!

Took the family out to see the pier and saw several catching sharks which was an exciting time for the little one. Bait prices weren't outrageous and neither was cold beer.

Love this pier. Great for a troll or to fish. All ages can be found there. Great shop to get your needs for fishing, snacking, reading, etc. once in the far end, you’re sitting out in the ocean. Love it!

Drove to the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier on Aug 16th to do some fishing with family. Parked in a $10 lot right next to the pier. Paid $3 per person. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Purchased shrimp for bait. Brought our own chairs. Soda vending machines on the pier for $2.00 a soda. There is a small restaurant on the pier but we did not go in. There is also an ice cream booth. Son ordered a chocolate milkshake and said it was very good. Bathrooms on pier were clean and well maintained. Plenty of spots on pier for everyone to fish with proper distancing. We saw several sharks and sting rays swimming near the pier. Did not catch anything but had a great time.
