Our kayak tour with Keats (our tour guide) was everything we hoped for and more! We had never kayaked before and Keats made us feel super comfortable. My one daughter was quite nervous but Keats put her at ease and within a few minutes of being on the water she was laughing and having a great time. The sunrise tour offered a gorgeous, serene setting and really allowed us to take in the beauty of the surrounding area. Keats is very knowledgeable about the ecosystem and taught us quite a bit along the way. If you are even considering a kayak tour then Trailblaze Adventure is who you want with you along the way! Our next trip to North Myrtle Beach will definitely include another excursion! Thank you for giving us this wonderful memory on our family vacation. 😊☀️

My wife and two teens rented four bikes for the week while staying in North Myrtle Beach. The bike were of high quality and well maintained. It was nice to have the bikes for the week so we could take them out whenever we wanted. We also did the Private Island tour with Keats, Great guide, knew his history of the area, and was able to find cool wildlife for us to see. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Trailblaze Adventures for bikes or Kayak tours.

My girlfriend and I went on the salt water sunrise tour. We ended up having our own private tour and learned from our guide, Keats, that we are the only ones to have chosen this tour in their three years of operation. It is well-worth it to wake up before the crack of dawn to experience the serenity of the waters and picturesque skies. Keats was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable too. It was outstanding and a must experience.

Trailblaze Adventure’s beautiful sunrise paddle board tour was the perfect way to spend my last day on vacation! Paddle boarding at sunrise was fun and relaxing, and we were among the only people out on the water at that time. Keats was an amazing guide. We paddled to an island, where he included surf lessons for our group and shared his knowledge about the wildlife on the island. He also captured great photos. Overall this intimate tour went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend the paddle board tour, as well as other services from Trailblaze Adventure including kayaking tours and bike and gulf cart rentals.

This private island tour was amazing!!! I was pleased to see that they offered both kayaking and paddle boarding. I have paddle boarded one time, if you want to call it that, and I was unable to ever successfully stand up, so I gave up and just paddled on my knees the whole time. So when I saw kayaking was an option while my friends paddle boarded, I jumped at the opportunity. During the tour, I let the tour guides know of my struggles on my last attempt to paddle board, and the owner Keats assured me he could teach me how to stand up on a paddle board. And he stayed true to his word. As soon as we made it to the island, he showed me the ways. He was so patient. And so helpful. And the other lovely guide, Francesca, captured the moment on camera so the whole world could see I stood on that paddle board and even paddled!! In addition to that, Keats, Francesca, and another guide who was in training, were so attentive and knowledgeable during our tour through the island and through the marsh. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed an activity this much. I will be returning to do a full paddle board during their sunset private island tour thanks to Keats, Francesca, and the other guide who was in training (who was also wonderful by the way). Please take this tour, you will not regret it. Your entire party will have an amazing time.

Such an awesome experience! Our guide was Keats, who was absolutely fantastic! Keats did a great job instructing, and guiding our group. Very kind and patient. The tour was smooth and great for beginners. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who is a beginner, or just a lover of sunsets and nature. 10/10 will absolutely be back again!

My boyfriend had never been kayaking before so somehow I managed to talk him into going kayaking with me. On our way down to Myrtle Beach I just did a basic google search of companies and came across Trailblazer Adventure. We first did the salt marsh tour on a Friday evening. We loved it so much we came back on Monday to do the private island tour! Keats was our guide both times and he made us feel so comfortable and if we got stuck he told us exactly how to get out so we didn't need him to come rescue us. If you want a smaller group this is definitely the place to book through! The salt marsh tour was us and one other couple and the private island tour it was just us. If you're on the fence of doing a kayaking tour just do it! We had tons of fun and would recommend Trailblaze Adventure to anyone we know that goes to visit Myrtle Beach

Wow, words cannot begin to describe how incredible our experience was with Trailblaze Adventures and our tour guide Keats as we kayaked through the salt marshes of North Myrtle Beach on the sunrise tour. It was amazing. If you want to do something different from the typical MB experiences, this is it.
The ride was leisurely and breathtaking as the sun rose from the marsh, every moment was picture-worthy. Keats also took some photos of us on the water to capture the experience. We learned so much about the marsh and its wildlife and could see it firsthand from the kayak. Bonus, we even caught a full-blown rainbow!
Keats was so informed, a great tour guide with a positive personality and just enjoyable to tour with. I felt very safe and comfortable and although there were some tight turns through the marsh, it was a good challenge to maneuver the kayak. This tour is doable for anyone capable of light exercise.
I can't think of many better ways to start the day, particularly on vacation. This experience was 100% worth it.

In the 20-some years we’ve been coming to MB, we never this kayaking experience existed! It was really great. Keats, our guide, was awesome. Super personable and shared lots of interesting knowledge about the marsh area. The cost for the 3.5 he trip was so reasonable and what I loved the most is there are no hidden fees. Our guide took photos on his phone as we were actively kayaking and sent them to everyone after the tour. No extra cost of $30-50 for a thumb drive of pictures! It was a really nice way to spend the morning.

This was an excellent way to see parts of the coast you won’t see on the normal vacation beats. Great value and good company.
Keats made sure we arrived at the boat launch by texting us beforehand. When we arrived he greeted us by name even though we had not met face to face. Our guide, Mira (?), was confident, caring and able. She was able to answer all our questions along the way.
Both she and Keats did all the heavy lifting that was necessary for the kayaks. All the equipment was in good shape including the life vests, paddles and kayaks. They even snapped a few photos along the way and sent them to us.
Overall this was a great way to spend an evening leading into the sunset.
