This museum is good for kids. They have an amazing collection of fire trucks of various vintages, all in great condition. (Coincidentally, they all seemed to be American LaFrance vehicles.) There are a number of educational activities. There is even a small play area in the middle with a slide and a kid-sized fire pole. The staff was very friendly... More

The Firetruck Museum is a great place to spend a hot day. My kids are a little young, so they weren't as interested in the information available, but they did enjoy looking at the firetrucks and the playground. We will definitely go back more often when they are older.

I took my 4 yr. old grand-daughter and 6 yr. old grand son today. Awesome fire truck museum and fire educational place. There's also a huge play area for the kids. With fire pole and huge slide. Lots of trucks and fire stuff to look at. !2 and younger free...others $6.00.

For $6.00, you get to see one of the best museums we've ever been too and you don't have to be a fire engine freak to love it. The way they have the lighting really showcases the fire engines and makes them sparkle. They also have interactive and hands-on exhibits. Kids and adults will love this museum.

All kinds of restored fire engines and equipment from the past. Kids had a blast and we all learned about fire engines, fire fighters and fire safety. At $6 a person it as a great value, and there are discounts available for other attractions too.

This was really good for kids. We have a 5 and 9 yr old and they loved it. A great display of first trucks from throughout the years. Play area for kids. Also they do a 4D show on fire safety.

Great place for fire education with people of all ages. Not to mention the pure history of the fire service. Shift was very friendly and displayed deep compassion for the service.

This is a very neat museum. My husband is a paid and volunteer firefighter so it had to be good for him to enjoy it and he loved it from the second we walked through the door. The old steam engines in the lobby he took pictures from every angle telling me about what everything did. Once entering the main... More
