we have gone to the Opera House numerous times. They have a great variety of acts of all types. There is something for everyone. There are only good seats in this small, historic theater.

We were here for a concert. Historic theater with nice architecture. The seats were fairly comfortable and the sound was good.

This is a beautiful, historic building that has been meticulously cared for, and restored. Balcony seating is also available. Wine is available before, and during the show. They sell a refillable plastic glass that can be returned throughout the season, and refilled for a decreased...More

We visited during the eclipse fest. The first floor hosted craft tables for the kids, the second floor (stage with seats) was open to wonder around. The inside was nicely kept old fashioned theater with nice woodwork.More

Opera houses, especially in small towns, are going the way of the horse and carriage. However, Newberry's fine art enthusiasts continue to bring both art and audiences to this beautiful building. Granted, it's getting old, and has the signs and smells to go with it....More
