This is the place to go! They have a great tour that is affordable and that takes you to see a variety of scenery without traffic and with the ability to really have fun on the bikes. We were safe, they prepared us well, and we would not have seen nearly as much on our own, but we also were able to ride fast and not feel restricted either. Great, friendly and professional guides and staff and great bikes! A favorite activity for Myrtle beach. We also booked ebikes with another company in the area and did not have the same experience. This place was MUCH more affordable and enjoyable and easy to work with!

We had a BLAST renting electric bikes from Pedego and riding around the Market Common area! We were just before the busy season and got bikes upon arriving on Tuesday afternoon. Aaron was beyond helpful and made us feel totally comfortable and able to enjoy our electric bike experience. We practiced for about 5 minutes on a side street and then off we went. There was a lake close by that we rode around and went to the war park and other areas around Market Common. Such a great place. We would highly recommend this experience! We would love to do this again on our next trip to Myrtle and venture out even further!

Great ride through Market Common and Myrtle Beach state park on an electric bike. The bikes are easy to ride and the scenery is beautiful. Fun way to spend a few hours. Aaron was very thorough in explaining how to use the bike. Highly recommend doing this ride.

I had become interested in ebikes due to difficulty walking with neuropathy. I had already planned a trip down to the Myrtle Beach area and decided to stop in at the Pedego of Myrtle Beach. I met Aaron the owner and he shared so much information about ebikesI and he let me try out a few on the streets of Market Common. My gosh what fun. I am 68 and not the most trim or fittest person but it was great!!!! I left with an invitation to join one of his electric bike tours which are held twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays (plus a third tour with a pub crawl). For $20 you get to ride in an electric bike for two hours plus while visiting the Myrtle Beach State Park, Market Common and other places in the area. Due to previous commitments I was unable to join one of his tours but just taking a look at the Pedigo Myrtle Beach Facebook site and watching the videos and seeing the pics - people have an absolute ball!!! Two days later I was back to purchase my own electric bike - the Boomarang +. Aaron set me up with all the accessories I would need, Then I chose the tires and colors, which battery, the coolest red pedals ever and so forth. The true test of course was when I got home and the bike was delivered from California about a week later. There are very few places in central Connecticut that are without hills totally the opposite of Myrtle Beach. I am so enjoying getting back into biking and truly don't even break a sweat. But don't be fooled you do get a workout. If you are down in the Myrtle Beach area check out Aaron, his tours and his wonderful Pedego store.

Don't be intimidated when you find out the bikes are electric. They give you the option to pedal when you want and use the electric power if you don't want to pedal or to use them in combination. This is an amazing bike and perfect for commuting, getting some exercise and just having fun.

We joined Aaron, the owner of the shop for a Sunday evening tour (at 6 pm, a nice breeze while riding cooled us off). He gave us detailed instructions on how to operate the bike (easy!!) and off we went. We traveled through the market common area, bike paths and over to Myrtle Beach State Park including a stop at the pier and beach. It was fantastic. We traveled over 10 miles but did not feel it at all because we had the added benefit of the electric power to supplement our pedaling (you can do either or both!).

The rental fee for the tour $20 which was more than worth the fun we had and Aaron is very patient in making sure you are comfortable. These bikes are really amazing and worth taking a look at. Not to mention it was advertised as a Pub Tour and after the tour we enjoyed talking with Aaron and enjoyed a few cocktails and brews too!

Venture on over to Market Common, (Saturdays through the fall they have a farmers market too) and check these bikes out. Then grab some lunch or dinner, do some shopping or have a few drinks. This is a great day out. They do the tours at 10 am on Saturday and Wednesday and 6 pm on Sunday. Or you can just rent them on your own by the hour or the day...or if you are so in love with the bikes you can buy one too! Truly worth a visit to enjoy these very cool bikes.

I was at the beach for a girlfriends weekend/marathon run. We passed the Pedego store on our way to brunch and stopped by after eating. The owner was very friendly and told us about the electric bikes that he rents out. We were given an opportunity to take a test ride. I am a cyclist but was fearful of getting on a powered bike. However, with an adjustment to the pedal assist I was comfortable and after about 10 seconds I wanted to ride all day!! I plan on bringing my family back to ride with me on our next visit to Myrtle Beach!

I am a local in the area and was looking for something interesting to do on a nice day... Well I definitely found it. We rented bikes for 3 hours and it was an absolute blast. I will be back the next chance I have! The owner/manager who was there couldn't have been nicer and even offered us bags for the front of the bikes to carry keys/wallets/etc. The bikes were in spectacular condition. Highly recommend them!!

My son and I rented bikes for the afternoon to explore the area. What fun! The bikes are VERY well maintained and clean. The rental prices/times are reasonable. The bikes are super easy to hop on and go. If you want a helmet, they are provided. The shop is family owned and operated. The owner's son set us up to go and when we returned, the owner was there. Both were super friendly, helpful, and professional. Very highly recommend! The shop is in the Market Common, which is a nice area to visit and tour on the bikes. There are nearby trails on which to ride and information to read about the old Air Force base. Do it!

We vacation in MB every year and I am always looking for new and interesting things to do here with my family. Before arriving, I emailed Aaron with some questions and he responded promptly and with helpful information.

Yesterday, I rented a Pedego bike for an hour with my two teenagers and we had the best time! Aaron took the necessary time making sure that we were on the correct bike for our size and that we understood how to properly operate it. He also suggested a wooded trail for us, which turned out to be our favorite part of our ride.

I found myself smiling most of the time and I caught my 17 year old son smiling a lot too (& he is not often overly expressive). As a mom, this was a WIN! The bikes were easy to operate, comfortable, and it was just something different to do than the usual mini-golf, pool, and playing at the beach. Even when I was going full throttle, I was pedaling so my fitbit awarded me with steps, so if you are worried about not exercising, you don't have to just sit back like my daughter did! :-) I'm pretty sure she went full throttle for our full hour!

Try it. You will love it. And thanks Aaron, for taking such good care of us.
