We like water!!! I was very surprised that my daughters wanted to get on ALL the water slides. They had no fear.

Arrived at 10am (opening time) on a Saturday. Waited in a ridiculous line for nearly an hour. There was ONE person working the ticket line. We realize we could have purchased tickets online and printed and brought with us, but that is not a practical option when you're on vacation (no access to a printer). So the long line and... More

The lines were crazy. It's a great place for really small kids that don't need or want to go on the big rides. Heard a few people complain that the lazy river was pretty rank with hair but what can you expect.

Overall a very nice park, not too crowded and kept clean. Rides are maintained well. Lazy river can get a bit crowded but still very relaxing and kids love it. It can be pricey to secure a cabana. Loungers are hard to come by if you arrive later in the morning/day too. Kiddie area is always fun to walk around... More

We went as a family 2 adults and two teens. It was worth it if you have coupons which we did. We spent all day ans it wasn't too crowded either. The only negative was they close some of the slides too early. Lets say 5:30pm the closed one because they close at 6pm. If i didn't get a discount... More

Bought the online family 4 pack of tickets with lunch included for $90. No need to print anything, just show your bar code on your cell phone at guest services. Waited till they were open for an hour to arrive. The "I'm in a rush" crowd had passed through already. The park will not allow anything but water or medically... More

No trip to Myrtle Beach would be complete (assuming you love water) without a trip to one of the multiple water parks that abound there. Myrtle Waves is unquestionably the best. The park has water based attractions for ALL ages, from small children to the most daring teens and adults. Parking is ample and free. The park has available a... More

I brought my family to myrtle waves for the day from Charleston (our hometown); next time we will just stay home. Perhaps it was just a bad day for the park, but regardless, it was our first and LAST visit! 1) The price of admission is high in comparison to similar sized water parks in SC, so we were a... More

Billed as "the biggest water park on South Carolina, it was a must on our first family vacation to Myrtle Beach. As as my 14 year old son said, "This is pretty underwhelming." There aren't actually that many attractions (or at least as many as were used to at other water parks) and 2 1/2 hours later after paying $118... More
