Polynesian Fire Luau and Dinner Show Ticket in Myrtle Beach

260 reviews
Experience the spirit of the Polynesian islands without leaving South Carolina during a dinner show and luau in Myrtle Beach. The evening's entertainment begins with a lei greeting and buffet dinner, then continues with a fire and dance performance. The show includes live music, acrobatics, and performances by fire knife champions who hail from various Polynesian islands.

Seemed to start a little slow but then continued to improve. Much of the music is 'classic' country, which was good but they also had comedy, gospel and pop in the middle. It was a great show. We would definitely do it again. The comedian was great.

The first night we saw the Carolina Opry Show; which was outstanding. A nice mix of contemporary, country, and R & B music, and a little comedy thrown in every now and then. Very multi-talented group of singers and musicians backed by 4 great dancers. There were also four young gentlemen that have formed a clogging dance act called, " All That." They were phenominal! They were finalists a few years back on Americas Got Talent. There were no long pauses between acts. Just one outstanding performance after another. The second show we saw was Time Warp. A broad selection of 60's, 70's, and 80's songs performed by the same group of top notch individuals that starred in Carolina Opry. This talented energetic bunch of performers is a must see and worth every penny.

We are locals and have enjoyed the Carolina Opry many times over the years. We always find the shows enjoyable, fun and very entertaining. The cast has always been extremely talented and the show was wonderful. Many regular cast members that we have enjoyed over the years and a couple new members that we have not seen before. Time Warp is music from the 50's thru the 80's. I highly recommend any of the shows at the Carolina Opry theater and will always support this wonderful attraction as a most valuable asset to our fair city.

This is a great show. My wife and I saw the Alabama Theater Christmas show last year and we wanted to see its Myrtle Beach rival. Both are worth seeing. Each show has their own highlights without any low points. You will not be disappointed seeing either show. But, we both agree that the Alabama Theater Christmas show is slightly better. The Carolina Opry finale of "He's Alive" is absolutely breathtaking, but would fit better with Easter. Now, Alabama Theater's rendition of "Mary did you know" fit perfectly with the Christmas theme. As for the comics, I had a good laugh with the Carolina Opry comedian, but Ricky Mokel at Alabama Theater had me laughing until I hurt. One thing we didn't have to deal with last year of course was COVID-19. The folks at Carolina Opry did a great job setting things up so that we felt comfortable and safe. It's amazing that how people, when given the chance, can figure out how to do something instead of simply being told they can't. Thank you South Carolina and thank you Carolina Opry for a great evening.
