Just a walk on the boardwalk

Came out here at night and walked to the end of the pier and looked out at the ocean. There were many people down there fishing. It was a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

It's a nice Pier although I was a little surprised that it cost to fish I thought fishing on the pier was free with the hotel stay it was not free it was actually just discounted which is fine because it was still a nice experience

If you are not staying at the Springmaid hotel you must pay $2 a person to walk on the pier. I think it's a bit silly to pay to walk down a pier. You can also pay to fish off the pier. The pier has sinks and counters for cleaning your catch. Their is a giant Adirondack chair that you... More

It was located close to Springmaid Resort. Actually almost attached to one of the properties. Free to access if staying @ the resort. I found myself seeking a bar near the end of it or at least on it somewhere. That would have made it over the top & somewhere really unique to hang out. Without that it's really just... More

I liked the privacy the resort has and the multiple pools. I also liked that they had a shaved ice bar as well. The gift shop had alot of cute and convenient stuff surprisingly. The food at the bar was ok. The place is in the middle of building the middle portion, which i understand it has to get done.... More

It was fun watching people fish off the pier. Well worth the $2.00. I was able to see jellyfish, turtles and a small black tip shark, at least that is what one of the fisherman said it was. Also fun to watch a 5 yr old with a fish on that was bending his tip under the railing. Unfortunately, it... More

No matter what time of the day you come by the pier it's just breathtaking. During our stay at the Myrtle Beach from 7pm-10pm there is live entertainment.
