    Good entertainment for vacay
My teens and I have seen this show a couple of times. A little pricier than their competitor; however, enjoyable if first time. Seating is a little tight (need space to enjoy and eat) and no leg room for those who need it. The pre-show is gone (was a major highlight). Need more order to seating (felt chaos)(stairs crowded could be organized better). Food was ok, need more audience engagement, pre snacks were good and affordable. Need better organization for less choas. Otherwise, it was ok for the entertainment we needed for our vacay.

    Great performance!
This was a terrific show, I was not expecting this type of performance. I went with my daughter and 2 grandchildren and we all loved it. The food was pretty good and the way it was served was pretty fun too, it was not a gourmet meal but it went with the theme of the pirate show. This is definately a great night out!
Ahoy! Thanks for the terrific review! We're glad you enjoyed your time with us!

    Enjoy this show...it is fabulous!
We thought this was an outside show but it turns out it is inside on the ship and it is quite like a cirque de soleil show. It was great with all of the acts as pirates but ths seal portion stole the show of course. The performners are all FABULOUS and the food that was served was ok...as one would expect. It is fun though to eat and watch a show that is very, very good. Children are taken from the audience to "help" so it is great for children rtoo!!
Ahoy Teri! Thanks for the fabulous review. We're glad you had a great time!

    Great show
The show was awesome. The service was good. I was amazed at all the skills each one of the performers had. Gymnastics, diving, acting, and entertaining. The level of entertainment was top-notch. The food was typical for a dinner show. Definitely a must see.
Ahoy! Thanks for the awesome review. We're glad you had a good time!

    Rude server
The performers are very talented and put on a great show! Reason for low rating is our photo was awful, we had our 3 year old with us and they rushed us and all we saw of her was her little head, disappointing they didn’t offer to retake it when I told the picture lady why we didn’t want it. Worst part of the evening was our server. He was so rude and when we asked for something it took us asking 2 times and 20 minutes just to get a straw! When you pay for premium seating - you expect premium service. I wish I could remember his name so management could send him to training. The skeletons and loud noises did scare our little 3 year old and the face painting lady was not very friendly- just there doing a job. The food was pretty good.
Ahoy matey. We're disappointed to hear that the entire experience did not meet and exceed your expectations and that you didn't receive the exceptional customer we pride ourselves on. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and we will review it with the management team.

    Amazing!
We had a wonderful time at the pirate's voyage! There was so much activity going on at all times so there was always something to watch. The seal was one of my favorite parts! But all of the actors were amazing! Our server was really good and kept our drinks filled. I thought the food was very good and gave you quite a lot! Although it is a bit pricey I felt like it was worth it. I would definitely do it again.
Ahoy Angelize! Thanks for the amazing review! We're happy to hear you enjoyed the entire experience.

    Great show.
The show was great ! Venue is very organized. Gift shop was well stocked with fair pricing. But the lack of eating utensils and lighting made eating the meal less enjoyable.. Eating chicken and ham with only fork even a butter knife would have helped.

A must see in Myrtle Beach
Better than I even imagined and a must-see for Myrtle Beach. Friendly staff as you enter, great atmosphere to wait for the show. Great food: bread biscuit, soup, roasted chicken, ham, corn on the cob, and the Dessert-Apple pie croissant was amazing! The only thing I didn’t like was the potato which was dry. You will not leave hungry! I could not eat it all! The performances were amazing from the aerial tricks to the seals that stole the show! I would go again and again! If you have young kids, consider the VIP experience and try to get the front row because they use audience members!

    Perfect family entertainment
This is one of the very best shows I've ever seen. The acting, acrobatics, music, animals, food, facility --- all excellent. Our family age range attending was 13 months to 54 and everyone was engaged and enjoying the entire time. Lots of clapping and laughing from the youngest even! We really enjoyed the participants from the audience and games. We will come and enjoy this show again!
Ahoy Lizzy! Thanks for the perfect review. We're glad your family enjoyed their time with us!

The only reason there are two stars is because of the acts towards the last 30 minutes of the show. This is so overrated and obviously attended by previous visitors who have never seen good entertainment or ate decent food! My chicken was so dry I thought I was in the desert. The biscuit was like a brick and trust me they do not know how to season food. After 25 minutes of telling my waiter over and over that the coke tasted like water I finally got a fresh drink after attempting to choke down my dinner so I gave up on eating. For a family of five there was nothing about this worth almost $300…I have traveled to many places and many states and this was just a shame! All of the food came out at least 10 minutes apart plus it was all lukewarm and even after the drink situation we only got the replacement drinks no refills for the entire hour and half show.

So 4 adults (3 women & 1 man) went to the 1pm show. The women thought it was entertaining but the man said "If I was 12 then I would have loved it". The storyline was forgettable and I wish it was more cohesive with the show. Two of us ordered non dairy but when they brought out the soup, it looked creamy in my bowl so I asked if it was dairy free, he said no and took my soup bowl, threw it in front of my cousin and rudely said "there's your soup" but she already had her soup. Then, I waited 10 minutes for him to bring something back but he never did and the waitress told me there was no other option which I felt was unacceptable for $60, they should have had a chicken or vegetable based soup. The dessert option of a fruit cup for dairy free is also unacceptable. The biscuits and apple turnover was delicious, the chicken was moist and the corn was also good. The potatoes were hard, the sweet tea was too sweet and the alcoholic drink was too sweet. I wish they would have passed out the moist napkins at the beginning of the show too.

The whole experience from beginning to end was run to perfection. We enjoyed the pre show show with singers, jugglers and boy the sea lion were all terrific. The main show kept you looking all over the stage, they must have had at least 40 entertainers. The food was good for mass production and was served hot. Out waiter Cody was friendly very helpful and served the food fast.

This show will keep the kids entertained with pirate acrobatics, pyrotechnics, & entertaining animals. Be aware seating is tight & your family will be sat right against another, elbows touching with no social distancing & if you are at the end of the row don’t think about getting up , as to let you out, everyone in that row would have to file out as it is very tight. They have the dinner service very organized however you are only given a fork & have to drink your “soup”, which was more like gravy. The biscuit, chicken, two 2” square pieces of ham, & a fruit turnover were good, & the potato & corn were barely ok. The deal there are the delicious frozen alcoholic drinks in an included pirate mug for $12 which got me through sitting in that cramped seat.

The show was ok. We arrived around 5:30 pm because our receipt said the pre-show started at 6:15 pm and told us to arrive 30 to 45 minutes before the show started. We found out when we arrived that they no longer have a pre-show. It was disappointing that they didn't have that information on their website.

Medieval Times used to be my benchmark for an elite dinner show until I finally took my 5 year old son to Pirates Voyage. It was pricey but for the experience It will be worth it.

The food was pretty good for the most part. We started out with Coke, sweet tea, or water. The biscuit that was brought out was nothing special at all. The vegetable soup was surprisingly tasty. It tasted a bit like new england clam chowder without the clams. The "zero sodium" chicken was terribly underseasoned, however. I'm not sure if this is done in an attempt to please as many people as possible or to avoid upsetting those with sensitive palettes. I strongly recommend brining the chicken to introduce some kind of flavor. My advice is to stop at a McDonald's along the way and palm a few salt and pepper packets beforehand. The potato and barbeque were tasty though. No complaints with those. The corn cob was mushy but my son didn't mind. We enjoyed the apple turnover for dessert.

The show itself is the main attraction. The somersaults, the acting, the theatrics, and costumes are Universal Studios caliber. My son and I were completely blown away. There's pirates and mermaids and skeletons and even a trained seal named Salty. There's way more to keep your kids' interest than say actors falling off horses at Medieval Times. One complaint I have are the sales people who attempt to sell arrival photos of families while the show is going on. It was extremely distracting. Otherwise everything else was great. Even the toys in the gift shop were reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back.

Today I called to order tickets one month ahead of when our family would like to see this show. My husband is visually impaired, blind in one eye and partial vision in his other eye. I asked if there was a way we could have seats up front due to this handicap and there is not. I also did offered to pay an increased price for tickets. These tickets are general admission and there is wheelchair seating but no other accommodations for hearing or visually impaired patrons. This is 2021. This is so very disappointing and sad that the management, which was asked about this, had no reply except, sorry. Seats are not guaranteed. We will be unable to attend the show.

Be prepared to eat with your hands and drink soup from a cup. We had our tickets and people were already in our seats, they finally got us seated 15 minutes after the show was already on. The food is average and you can't choose your meal. Everyone gets the same thing. You can buy cocktails for an additional fee if you choose. There's no such thing as social distancing here, you are very close to the next person.

Kids had an excellent time. They loved every minute of it. The performers did great and brought many children up to get them involved in the competition. The show was about 1 1/2 hours and went by fast.

The food was just ok but that’s not why you go to the show anyway. Very limited on what you could get to drink while eating (coke, tea, or water). No reason to get to the venue early. There is an area where you can have kids dress up for about $25 but it doesn’t take more than 10 minutes.

Went with a group, and we had to wait for the pre show room to open. The had drinks and snacks and a cute pirate themed show while you waited. No prices on the menu, and this was in addition to the show price. They had face painting etc for kids during this time also.

The soup and biscuit were delicious, the 1/2 chicken was not very meaty, pulled pork & potato were good. There was a sign on the table that tips were not included and they expected 15% of your entry price on top of everything else. Soda, Tea or water came with the meal, they did charge extra for alcoholic drinks (which I think should be expected).

The show itself was entertaining,
