The Market Common is a place where you can experience exceptional shopping and dining in a beautifully-designed village setting. Along tree-lined avenues, you'll find the nation's biggest and most celebrated names in retail to one-of-a-kind boutiques unique to this region. Enjoy cuisine from some of the area's best chefs at one of eleven popular restaurants, or take in a movie at the most comfortable theater at the beach.

The shops and restaurants are quite varied from locally owned shops to big, upscale chains. Restaurants are unique and the area is very well maintained. There was a farmers market in the Main Street when we arrived.

Was there this October 2015. Upscale shops. Nothing out of the ordinary. A lot of expensive cars parked on the streets. The Piggly Wiggly grocery store is very good except they do not accept out of town checks, even if you have a card. The...More

The actual New South Brewery is not located here on The Market Common Property, but you can find their beer at some of our wonderful restaurants. (Tupelo Honey Cafe, Divine Prime, & Nacho Hippo, just to name a few)
