Our first visit and we were totally impressed. Will be advising my friends about it. We want to go back and bike the trails. I have never seen such a great biking area. The beach access is amazing also. If you are a camper the sites looked so nice It made me want to camp and I have never wanted... More

We really love this beach.. It is clean, smooth sand beach. It was not at all crowded. We spend time in the water, building sand castles and looking for shells. Great family time.

This was our first trip to Huntington Beach State Park and we now have a new place to call our home away from home! We camp in a pop up camper and reserved a water/electric spot for $45/night. We were at site 109 which was heavily shaded, large, and pretty private. We were not too far from the bathhouse or... More

Family visiting from Queens, N.Y. loved our time at the beach. They loved the beauty and location. There is a historic building and exhibit to enjoy as well.

This beach was beautiful and clean. Way better than down by Myrtle Beach. It was pretty crowded, but we went on a weekend in August, so I would have been surprised if it wasn't. There were a couple of bathrooms with changing rooms, plenty of showering off areas outside, and a store with water, ice cream, and souvenirs. Lovely place,... More

Beautiful beach area with lots of wildlife. Great bike paths as well. Best beach area for 25 miles. Plenty of space to spread out and friendly people not the riff raff you get up in Myrtle. Nature guides to teach you about the animals of the ocean and marsh.

My family visited this park and had an absolutely great time. The beach were not crowded and the water was so warm. Going into the park you cross a marsh walk where you can see lots of wildlife (birds & alligators) and beautiful sunsets. The gift shop had everything you need and very friendly staff who work there. There are... More

The home is beautiful. Walking through it definitely takes you back to another time. The windows are all open and there is a breeze blowing in from the ocean, which you cant see anymore because the natural landscape has grown. We were there in the middle of July and it is very HOT and very HUMID. I'm from Georgia and... More

This state park is about the best you will find along the Atlantic coast. This is a haven for bird watchers and beach goers alike. There are three miles of undeveloped beach up to Murrells Inlet. Check out the hiking trails and the marshland overlooks. There is plentiful wildlife all seasons.
