They will charge your card memberships, then you cant book massages. They will cancel your account without permission, then you can't use up the prepaid credits. DO NOT USE THEM. Go local. They do NOT care about their clients at all. I had been a customer for more than 10 years, and they could care less.

One of the worst places I have been. The massage therapist had just come in from a cigarette break and she ended up being my therapist. It was one of the worst massages and the management could care less. I am honestly surprised they are in business at this location. Someone needs to learn customer service and train these people.

This place was within walking distance of my hotel across Johnnie Dodds, and I was able to get an appointment rather quickly. I had never been to a Massage Envy before and wasn't expecting much from a "chain" massage, but after a long car ride, I was desperate enough to try. Margaret gave a great massage, as good as I've had in higher end spas before, and I got the introductory rate which was great. They do ask you to become a member, but there wasn't any pressure, so I was comfortable declining. The place was clean and relaxing. I was really pleasantly surprised.

Had an allergic reaction to IV infusion, had no range of motion in my neck...he has worked on those muscle spasms and has helped me so much....every visit I get better...
The staff is wonderful too....they knew how much pain I was in and were very accommodating with appts....

On a recent girl's weekend, I found Massage Envy via a google search and was impressed with the pricing. Upon arrival, the place was clean and enjoyable. We were a party of 7 and they accommodated us nicely. Some received facials and others massages and each of us raved on how well our services were-certainly we'll be back and a few are looking into a monthly membership.
