Chelsea and Haley were the best guides, EVER! 3 adults with a 14 year old, we could not have asked for a better experience! Our zipline experience could not have been better. I highly recommend anyone in the area to definitely check out the package deal where you can raft on the same or a different day at a discounted price. As long as we can have Haley and Chelsea as our guides again, I definitely see us going back for round 2 before the week ends.

Brandy & Haley have done extraordinary job in training and leading our private group through 15 platforms zip lining adventure.
The course is extremely well designed to help you acclimate to the height and the speed of zip lining. Our guides made sure that everyone’s equipment was Secure and comfortable, something many places do not do. With good attitude, humor and lots of patience they lead our 10 adults & teens group to the best zipping experience you could possibly have.

Our second trip to Wildwater had us on the zipline. We had done zip lining many times before and we were interested to see how this experience would measure up to others.
We started off as a group of nine with an introduction to our guides, Angela and Cory, as well as the equipment and instructions. Angela and Cory were able to explain the instructions and safety measures to everyone, from the young first-timers to the older experienced guests.
After a tutorial on a small zipline that showed us how to hold our hands, break and recover, off to the first platform we went. Angela and Cory made sure to learn everyone’s name and always addressed us by them. Zip lining is an exhilarating experience, but there are down times while we wait for others. Angela and Cory made sure to fill these times with questions, facts about the experience, and friendly conversation, all while making us all feel secure.
Sadly, we had some weather issues, so we had to repel down one of the stands to get to safety. Our guides did a great job keeping everyone informed and calm.
Once on the ground, we waited out the passing storm and continued our adventure. By this time, it was just my husband and I left in the group. This allowed for us to get to chat with Angela and Cory even more, and also move through the course at a faster pace without feeling rushed. Another short weather delay hit us before being able to finish up the last few runs.
We are so thankful for the experience that we had, not just a wonderful zipline adventure, but to have Angela and Cory guide us through was the icing on the cake.

The staff was awesome. Ryan and Amy were the best. They took the time to explain everything before starting. I forgot my phone and she took the time to take pics and video while she and Ryan guided us thru 11 ziplines and 4 sky bridges. We had a blast and will definitely be going back to see them again.
Thank you to all the staff and especially Amy and Ryan. You guys rock!!!!

Safe and fun! Our guides, Brandie and Grace, were fantastic. Especially with our 8 year old son who got increasingly anxious as we zipped. By zip # 3 he was not having it and wanted to get down. Grace and Brandie rappelled him down to the ground safely with his dad. They were patient, kind, and encouraging towards my son, and made us feel at ease every zip of the way! The river manager, Isabella, was also a big part of our visit...she received my son and husband when they rappelled down and escorted them back...later she would be a part of our white water rafting trip and did a fabulous job keeping everyone safe and informed. This place is doing it right from: fun, friendly, knowledgeable staff to keeping you safe while you enjoy your adventure.

We had the opportunity to spend the last 2 days with the Wildwater team Zip Lining and Rafting and we cannot say enough about what fun we had! Our group of 3 was my husband, my 16 YO son and myself.
Day 1 was spent with our guides Chelsea and Corey in the trees zip lining! We were with another family of 5 and I will admit, 1 was the nervous one of the bunch! Chelsea and Corey immediately caught on the my minor anxiety and made me feel safe and secure in the treetops! By the 3rd zip, I felt so much better! They were so much fun and we have an amazing time!
Day 2 was spent rafting the Chattooga on the Class 4 section. We started at 8 am and got back about 2:30. First and foremost, safety was again the number one priority for this team! But a close #2 was to give us a thrilling and fun day. our guide was Peter and again, we feel like we got the best of the bunch. Explained exactly what to expect, pushed us hard and was extremely knowledgeable of the history and the river, but again fun and engaging! We have rafted in Maine, Colorado and Montana but this was one of our best trips! Class 3-5 rapids, served us lunch and then ended the day with a relaxing 15 min trip towed across the lake to get back to the buses to wind down!
We will absolutely be back in the future and will look forward to requesting Chelsea, Corey and Peter when we return and Wildwater outfitters on other rivers in the Southeast!

We had a fabulous time zip lining with Amy and Cory! They accommodated our last minute additions, were patient and caring with our littlest adventurers, and they always made sure we were safe! In the words of our 8 year old Amelia, “you get a 5 star review from us!”

My boyfriend and I went to wildwater to try their ziplining. We had only been ziplining once before a couple of years ago in Roaton, Honduras.
They only had 4 lines to zipline. When we got to wildwater everyone was so nice!
Our guides were Brandi and Cory. They were very friendly, informative, and easy to spend time with!
They made us feel very safe thru all of the 11 ziplines, and also going across the 3 bridges.
Being able to do 11 ziplines was definitely a plus!
We had a great time and the ziplines were definitely alot of fun.
I would have loved to do the course again.
If we are ever in the area again I would definitely go back.
Thank you everyone for a great day.
Keep up the great work Brandi and Cory, you were great instructors !
I could tell you love what you do!
Thanks again!

My sister and I took the Canopy Tour at Chattooga Ridge and loved it! It was defíneles worth the 2 hour drive from where we were staying, especially the bell tower run. Our tour guides- Anthony and Brandi- made it so fun! We loved all the humor that they put forward and made it a memorable experience for two Minnesotans. Highly recommend to anyone visiting or in the area.

Amy and Haley were the best guides. They were very explicit and fun. We are in our 70's and we climbed the stairs which are very high without a problem. Because of their training before going up to the canopy's we felt safe. We knew what to expect and it was funnnnnnnnnn!
