Vereen Gardens is a wonderful place for a quiet walk in the woods and beside the Intracoastal Waterway. Don't miss the oyster tree of wishes!

Nice trails and waterway views. Swing set for the little ones. Visitor center at the entrance, to get info along with flush toilets, compared to the portable toilets in the park. Some new signage along the trails is a nice improvement.

This is a hidden gem in this area. The walk along the water of the Intercoastal is so pretty and serene. We spent many enjoyable afternoons just walking and spending quiet time.

Vereen Gardens is a beautiful peaceful place for a walk thru the marsh or the forest. Bring your kids, your dog or anyone you love. Pay your respects to the Vereen family who have a small cemetery in the garden. A couple of Revolutionary War...More

We were looking for a place to walk, out of the sun, and discovered this park on the Trip Advisor’s things to do in Little River web site. We’ve driven right by this park a bunch of times and never even noticed it. The entrance...More
