I enjoyed the bridge and the creek. They have picnic tables and awnings in case it rains. The country side is beautiful and the natural views are breathtaking

This is a small site and a quick stop. But there are some picnic tables if you want to take a lunch there. I was glad to see Greenville Park and Rec is keeping up the place, but it looks like the bridge is in need of some restoration. Pretty area.

It's in a park-like setting and even has it's own parking lot (a rarity for covered bridges). The bridge is picturesque and very photogenic....and looks like it should be featured as a jigsaw puzzle picture. A young couple were there getting pre-wedding photos taken during our time there. I suppose it happens here a lot because the setting is really... More

This is the last remaining covered bridge in South Carolina and it is beautiful! We stopped here on our way traveling on the scenic highway and I'm so glad that we did! Lots of picture taking opportunities and peaceful surroundings. Follow the signs and parking is free. Simply gorgeous.

While staying at the Red Horse Inn, we ventured over to Campbell's Covered Bridge. This is a really neat bridge to check out and explore. Easy to get to, plenty of signs pointing the way. This makes you feel like you have traveled back in time!

This bridge is really easy to see. The parking area is nice and open. It is perfect for family photos, a picnic or just a stop to play by the creek. I highly recommend a quick stop.

My husband and I ventured out in February so things were still dreary. I can imagine in the spring and summer that this little gem is amazing place to visit. The kids could definitely dip their toes if so inclined.

After finally deciding to drive the backroads of the Upstate to see some old covered bridge, I was pleasantly suprised by what I found. The beautiful bridge (the last of it's kind in SC), has been lovingly restored and the surrounding area has been beautifully landscaped by the state park service. It's a must visit for a picnic or a... More
