A couple miles past the entry gates of Kiawah Island. Only accessible if you are staying on the island. Opportunities to observe natural environments and wildlife along with a pool and other structured activities.

The park and pool area were kept very neat and clean, including the bathrooms. The pool was excellent - nice and warm for the October weather. Kids area includes two waterslides that adults can use as well. Lots of seating options for shade or sun.

Lovely park but concerned at the size of container for the python. Tiny!! Surely an animal this size needs a bigger container ?!! Aside from this .. it’s a lovely park and swimming facilities are fab.

The park activities are diverse- everything from a kid-centered carnival, to an improv comedy show. They have teen activities as well, like glow in the dark paintball, and bonfires. All are family-friendly. The pool is great, but can feel warm as bath water at times....More

There is gate security, and because we were inside the secured area, I can't definitively answer that, but if I had to guess, I'd say yes, as you can enter to dine at the many restaurants.
