Harris Teeter on St. John’s Island is a great place to shop. The store first appears to be small but it’s not. They have just about everything you need from a grocery store. The products are prime and everything is fresh. It’s really a one stop place to shop. It has a high end feel without the high end prices.

The village is lovely, lots of stores. It would be nice to have a few mire places to sit and live music .
The reason for the 3. Prices in the stores and restaurants are too high. As are most resort areas.

There are several shops that are extremely pricey, but others that are more moderately priced. The restaurants are similarly distributed. Go spend a little time browsing and eating. Avoid the drug store cafe... at least during COVID time. The “old fashioned soda” includes a can being popped open and poured into a cup by a very surly employee.

Lots of cute shops and great places to eat. Most stores close by 8pm so afternoon is your best bet if you want to shop. Couple of great lunchtime restaurants.

Super cute shopping village just outside of Kiawah. The grocery is reasonably priced and well appointed. Other shops can be a bit pricey, but it’s nice to stroll around even if you’re not buying anything.

We always visit Freshfields Village when we vacation at Kiawah. It is the quaintest, most aesthetically pleasing shopping village around! It has restaurants, ice cream shops, wine shop, pizza place, sporting goods store, and adorable gift shops and boutiques. Our favorite and most visited store is Harris Teeter where we buy groceries and even souvenirs. Get a Harris Teeter VIC card, it does save money when you check out.

Nice place to walk about. Some good cafes and an ice cream store. The grocery is a good place to stock up on good meats, cheeses, vegetables and wine.

Overpriced tourist trap of a shopping village. Harris Teeter is the anchor grocery store. Fruits, vegetables and salad bar are B (average) at best. Choose seafood carefully or not at all. HT does have nice sales on steaks.
Other stores are boutique in nature, offering resort/beach wear. There are a few restaurants in the village which I’ve eaten at but nothing that would make you return again. There is a quaint pharmacy/soda shop. Enjoy the novelty of the village, but keep your wallet in your pocket. Nothing special here.
