This spot is all outdoor seating right now, although they do have indoor seating when there isn’t a pandemic around. One orders at the window and finds a seat outside. Obviously the shaded bits go first! Bring your umbrella to make your own shade, and you expand your seating capability by 10. The beer was excellent and the vibe was laid back, but clean. There was a good truck selling hot dogs, and animals and kids seemed to be welcome. Very nice.

We went for Monday Night Bingo and had a blast. We sat outside in the beer garden and in addition to great beers they had Chicken Fats food truck. Yummy pimento cheese tater tots, smash burgers and Korean Chicken sandwiches.

Since our new house is located less than 10 minutes from Low Tide, we are going there often, whenever we are in town, and plan to be there very often, after we relocate later this year. They always have several sour beers (my favorite) on tap, from which to choose from, and excellent food trucks, when we want something to eat. On the most recent occasion, we shared two different orders of quesadillas (large enough portions to have some left over for lunch the following day) from Rebel Taqueria. I had a “Living on a Pear” sour and my wife had their “fiZZyAle”. We were both very highly satisfied, especially as we found a suitable table outside.

Prior to getting take out from Wild Olive, my son and his wife took my wife and I for drinks to Low Tide, and we were able to bring their two small dogs with us. I love sours, and was able to order a flight that contained 2 sour-fruited, a fruit, and a Kolsch. All four were excellent, and I even got the souvenir glass for an additional $3 dollars.

My wife and I come here everytime we are visiting because we absolutely love their beer and great people serving. I'm a craft beer junkie from Michigan and Low Tide is my favorite Brewery in the South. They do an excellent job with all styles but particularly sours and IPA. Everything is very unique but true to the style. Atmosphere is casual and comfortable. Cheers!

Enjoyed some good beers and a yummy food truck. It's a nice casual environment. Super dog friendly (there had to be half a dozen dogs on the front porch). It might be nice if they could create a patio in the back, so you're not watching the traffic, but it was still enjoyable and the staff were friendly!

Great place to hang out and drink really good beer. Great selection of beer on the menu. Good vibe very friendly and helpful staff. Can’t wait to go back especially as the weather gets warmer.

Having recently moved to Johns Island, Low Tide became one of my favorite places to eat and drink at, since we were able to sit outside in front on a warm evening, and go to the food truck in front. Now that the food truck is parked at the back, and not even visible until you walk there, and almost all of the outside seating is gone, it is not the place it was. On our last visit, the food from the food truck, and our beers, were as good as always, but we probably will not go again.

Unlike the other breweries & distillery on John's Island, Low Tide is open on Sunday!

We stopped here, after having brunch nearby. It is clean, and the staff is very friendly. The beer is quite good. They do offer flights & samples, which is nice.

They had someone cooking BBQ the day we were there. Since we had just eaten, we didn't look at the menu, but it sure smelled good.

Live music was setting up outside as we were leaving.

We will be back!

Stopped in after seeing their sticker stuck on a wall at another brewery. It was a longer drive out to the area, but well worth it. The taproom is really nice with ample parking and a food truck on site. The beers were very good, and I highly recommend the seasonal Prost Y'all. The bartenders weren't as friendly as some of the other breweries I visited that week, but it seemed like they were right on the cusp of a busy spell so I understand.
