Great beer, great atmosphere and a solid food truck rotation. Both outdoor and indoor seating is enjoyable. Their on tap menu is always up to date on the website. If you've never been, I suggest a flight to find your favorites. Aloha Beaches is a regular and tasty. If you don't leave with at least a crowler, you're doing it wrong. Servers are always serving up a good vibe, too.

Since our new house is located less than 10 minutes from Low Tide, we are going there often, whenever we are in town, and plan to be there very often, after we relocate later this year. They always have several sour beers (my favorite) on tap, from which to choose from, and excellent food trucks, when we want something to eat. On the most recent occasion, we shared two different orders of quesadillas (large enough portions to have some left over for lunch the following day) from Rebel Taqueria. I had a “Living on a Pear” sour and my wife had their “fiZZyAle”. We were both very highly satisfied, especially as we found a suitable table outside.

Since we live only about 5 minutes away from Low Tide, this has become one of our favorite place to go with our son and daughter-in-law, who also live about 5 minutes away, for beer and dinner from the food truck. I usually order a flight of beers, including any sours that they may have, and the Aloha Beaches, a pineapple wheat beer, that is the only one that my wife likes. I enjoyed the Love Tap, a sour fruited, the Tura’Lu, a red Irish ale, and the Sandy Banana, a Hefeweizen wheat beer. The food truck was Krystina’s Authentic Polish Food, and the pierogis (3 different fillings) were delicious.

My wife and I come here everytime we are visiting because we absolutely love their beer and great people serving. I'm a craft beer junkie from Michigan and Low Tide is my favorite Brewery in the South. They do an excellent job with all styles but particularly sours and IPA. Everything is very unique but true to the style. Atmosphere is casual and comfortable. Cheers!

Enjoyed some good beers and a yummy food truck. It's a nice casual environment. Super dog friendly (there had to be half a dozen dogs on the front porch). It might be nice if they could create a patio in the back, so you're not watching the traffic, but it was still enjoyable and the staff were friendly!

Having recently moved to Johns Island, Low Tide became one of my favorite places to eat and drink at, since we were able to sit outside in front on a warm evening, and go to the food truck in front. Now that the food truck is parked at the back, and not even visible until you walk there, and almost all of the outside seating is gone, it is not the place it was. On our last visit, the food from the food truck, and our beers, were as good as always, but we probably will not go again.

Hi! We wanted to reach out and let you know that our patio has a new facelift. We were previously restricted by the County (they made us remove outside tables) but we have since annexed to the City of Charleston. We hope you will check out our new patio pictures on instagram and come check it out in person. You won't be disappointed with our new beer garden patio. Oh yea food trucks are back out front as well. Hope to cheers you soon!

We stopped in to pick up some of their Aloha Beaches Pineapple wheat beer. Unfortunately they do not can it to go, but do have crowlers. I returned a few days later to fill my mini keg. You really need to try this one, what a refreshing summer beer.

Unlike the other breweries & distillery on John's Island, Low Tide is open on Sunday!

We stopped here, after having brunch nearby. It is clean, and the staff is very friendly. The beer is quite good. They do offer flights & samples, which is nice.

They had someone cooking BBQ the day we were there. Since we had just eaten, we didn't look at the menu, but it sure smelled good.

Live music was setting up outside as we were leaving.

We will be back!
