First time renting a bike on HHI. It was a really easy process - I made a phone call in the morning, paid for the rentals and the bikes were at our building later in the day. Looking forward to the next time!

Fantastic experience with the Beach City Road shop and Paul Levy, in particular. I visit HH often and usually ride from Sea Pines out and back on Beach City Ride. I had a small malfunction and was far from home, so I stopped by the shop. Paul took one look, said standby, fixed it and I was on my way. While there I could tell that this was a great shop, with a good deal of inventory, parts and accessories and the expertise to fix anything. Dropped off the bikes and picked them up without any problems. My bike needed some wd40 as it was very hard to adjust the seat height and couldn’t adjust the handle bars. Bike has pedal brakes which took a bit of practice to get the hang of them. Bike is very sturdy and got us where we wanted to go

Since we stay right down the road from this business, we find it very convenient to rent bikes from them. The bikes are in good shape and are delivered in a timely manner. We, unfortunately, had 2 days of bad weather so couldn’t get daily use of our rental.

Great Service with (2) adult cruisers awaiting us when we arrived. Included (1) lock and (2) baskets. Very easy to adjust the seats (no tools required). Great pricing especially when we had done daily rentals at our hotel on previous trips to HHI. We rented for 6 days with bike drop off and pick up included. Bikes were like new.

The bikes were in great shape, delivery was prompt and directions for locking bikes were clear and worked well. We really enjoyed cruising around the bike paths and getting to the beach. I would use this company again.

We stay on the island every year. We always rent bikes, as we ride every day. This was the best experience we’ve had and we will only use this company from now on. Excellent and friendly communication, bikes were in great condition. Highly recommend them!

Outstanding experience purchasing a new Specialized road bike. I live part-time on Hilton Head. Andrew helped me order the bike online and had it assembled in a week. When he delivered the bike he spent time making adjustments after two test rides. He then went over everything I needed to know to adjust and take care of the bike. Couldn't have been better!

We rented 6 bikes for the week of July 4th. The bikes were there when we arrived and we just had to leave them locked on the racks when we left. We are a tall party, from 6’ to 6’9” and they made sure the seats were set for each of our heights and the bikes did great!!

We made our reservation for a trike online for a family member who hadn’t been on a bike in years. Our original reservation was to begin on a Saturday, but we were able to get to HHI on Friday, so I called to see if we could change our reservation for Friday so we would be able to use the bike all day on Saturday. Bike, bike lock, and helmet were delivered to us on Friday. The bike looked a little used, which is to be expected for a bike rental. The bike was very hard to control, it pulled to the right and felt wobbly. All in all, customer service was great. The bike performed its function.
