We rented bike through a third party package deal. They used this shop. It was easy. They brought the bikes to us locked them up outside our condo and picked them up. We had fun riding them around. Mine squeaked a bit but nothing crazy. They came with baskets that you take off and lock up when you leave the bikes. I would use this company again. It was so easy.

We rented a pack and play for a visiting young child. Everything was perfect, the pack and play was in excellent condition and very clean and was delivered to our front door quickly. The woman I spoke with when ordering was helpful and very pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend this company!

It is my third time renting 2 bikes from this company. They never disappoint : great rates, on time delivery and pick up . Also very convenient online booking and communication . Will continue to use them every time I come to Hilton Head. Would definitely recommend

We Rented from Lowsea this year when South Beach Bike Rentals was priced way to high. Lowsea helped me with a discount code (after I called). We had 3 bikes and 4 beach chairs. The bikes were great, they are TAXI. Very good condition. The Chairs were perfect too. Solid beach chairs. They were there when we arrived (our equipment), and they emailed us the codes to the locks well in advance. They will be my new goto.

Our four bikes were waiting on us when we arrived on Saturday. They were tagged with my first name which made them easy to find at the bike rack at Shorewood. Bikes were well maintained and rode smoothly. Recommended.

Low Sea was Reasonable, delivered on time, delivered to my condo and picked up. Was so convenient & I would definitely rent from you again. I rented 2 bikes, a beach cooler and bocce. It worked out perfectly!!

Nice equipment & very responsive. Child seat is perfect for 4 yr old grandson. One bike had a bend fender & they were easy to contact & promptly brought a replacement. Second year renting from Lowsea & will rent again next year.

The condo we were staying at provided beach chairs that were less than ideal, so we decided to splurge and order. After a checking out the options on island we found Low Sea’s prices to be significantly lower and more reasonable. And they included delivery and pickup! The entire process could not have been easier. Completely hassle free! I will say that we wished they would rent bigger beach shades/tenta like the sun ninja as an option. We were four people and the umbrella was a little small for all of us to use at once. But, that’s not really a complaint. We knew that would be the case.

Decided to take a day bike ride around the island on a whim. Called the morning I wanted to ride, and the call taker did a great job of setting up a rental and having it delivered to the condo in which I was staying. Quick and easy transaction. Bike was delivered in the location as promised and was easily identifiable. Equipment was all in good working order. Highly recommended and would use this company again on future trips. One word of warning, bike trails around the island are not well marked direction and location wise for various paths. That isn't the fault of this company but something to keep in mind if trying to take the bike paths listed on maps handed out around the island.

We encountered a rather minor problem with a bike. It took a quick phone call to explain our situation. A very pleasant voice at the other end of the line said that they would swap-out the bike within the hour. They were there within the next 45 minutes. I'd highly recommend that you rent from Lowsea. I know we'll be back.
