I had the body wrap. Before, during, and after the wrap, Stephon gave me the best massage I've ever had in 30 years. His technique was strong but smooth and fluid. He seamlessly moved from one hand to the other (if not both) so there was no lull in the soothing effect. It's worth the trip to HHI if nothing else! I wish my appt had been earlier in the day so I could have had time to enjoy other spa features (sauna, steam, post-massage hangout with champagne, spa gift shop). Well-managed facility!

I really wanted some spa time during our family vacation and was pleased to run across a third Thursday of the month special on the website! I selected the body treatment and massage. Both were just so relaxing, exactly what I needed! Terry Whitt was my therapist and she was so nice. I could tell she was very experienced and she did an excellent job! She warmed all the products before application which felt great. For the body scrub, she used a sugar polish which was a great texture, not too rough or too soft. After that she applied a toning gel that smelled really good, it was made from cactus. Then she wrapped me up nice and snug (even checking beforehand if I was claustrophobic). While I was in the wrap, she gave me a wonderful scalp massage! Then I had a nice hot shower and my skin was so soft. For the massage, she used this amazing coconut moisturizer which soaked in nicely and didn’t need to be rinsed off. I left feeling and smelling heavenly! Hope I can return next time!

A couple of months prior to our visit to the Westin Hilton Head, we made reservations for the Couple’s Ritual massage. Upon arriving, we were quickly checked-in and given our locker assignments, we changed and hit the coed quiet room to relax prior to the massage. The room was lit perfectly and nice and quiet, I was able to nearly fall asleep in there!
Then we were introduced to our massage therapists, they were very professional in explaining how the entire package of the Couples Ritual worked and got us nice and comfy in the massage room. The room was beautiful and, for the most part, serene. The tables were very comfortable and automatic. Our massages were EXCELLENT! These ladies were amazingly talented and knew how to provide the right amount of pressure. Their knowledge of working out tight, knotted muscles was perfect too!
After the massage, they gave us a rub down with a macadamia sugar scrub that smelled incredible! Then they drew a bath for us and turned on the jets. We got to soak in this HUGE jetted tub for 20 minutes and relax while we enjoyed our Mimosas!
After the soak, they knocked on the door, giving us a few minutes to get out, dried off and put our robes on and then we said our farewells and they walked us to the locker room, where we could shower and complete our spa visit.
Overall, we really enjoyed the spa time… it was perfectly relaxing, while also being therapeutic! The only issue I had was that the quiet room and locker room weren’t as nice as others I’ve been too, but they were adequate. Also, the sauna and steam room weren’t operational due to Covid, but that should be behind us now and I thought everything was opened back up.
I’d not only highly recommend this massage for couples, but we’d do it again ourselves!

I had a deep tissue massage and felt like I got my body back. Lenore is truly a pro when it comes to medical massage and acupressure. Because of the progress made during this massage I've been receiving routine treatment back at home to maintain the progress kicked off at Heavenly Spa with Lenore. The only problem is that I wish I could come back more frequently rather than use someone new back at home!

Gene is more than a stylist. He is an artist. I watched him carefully when he was doing my highlights and he took care to do just as I had asked. He takes his time and listens carefully to his client, which is so important . The results are amazing. I am a client for life. Could not recommend him more highly.

Heavenly package was absolutely perfect and so relaxing. I booked the heavenly package for my 40th bday treat to myself. It started with a massage by Nick. Now...I have had many massages at some of the "best spas" in the country, and Nick is by far, the best, most intuitive massage therapist I have had. I am a triathlete, so my muscles are usually a beat tight and beat up. I didn't even have to tell Nick, he just seemed to know exactly how to make my sore body feel immensely better. He has magic hands! I almost fell asleep on the table. Beyond that, he is a warm, friendly and engaging person and I so enjoyed speaking with him after my massage. Do yourself a favor and book a massage with Nick while you are in Hilton Head! Now, onto the facial. Amy did my facial and she was such a pleasant, relaxing aesthetician. She used Eminence products, which I love. I almost fell asleep during my facial because she was so great at facial massage! I have naturally "bad" skin, but Amy did a wonderful job of brightening my skin, leaving it fresh and clean! I will be back to see Nick and Amy the next time I am in Hilton Head! Thank you both for amazing treatments!

My husband and I needs a little getaway and enjoyed a quick manicure at The Heavenly Spa. His “Man”icure by Samantha and my Classic Manicure with DeeDee were exceptional! We started with a nice glass of champagne and then were in the very capable hands of these two women. The Spa offers a 20% discount for locals (bring your ID) and great services! A local treasure.

Thoroughly enjoyed the massage and atmosphere. Extremely disappointed when I went to leave & purchase a $190 facial device and the lights were all turned off and all employees left except one. All of the lights were also turned off on us in the locker room

I had an 80 min deep tissue massage by Terrie who had extremely experienced in massage therapy and she was a medical therapist in past years. After the massage, I felt so relaxed and energized. Before stepping into the Heaven,y Spa, I ached in lower back, legs and sore feet. I played many hours of pickle ball in the hot sun and walked a few miles that day. After the massage by Terrie, I no longer ached and the soreness was all gone. She was able to really dig into my knots and tightness and always asked if the pressure was right. I have had many massages in the past and she applied acupressure in the areas that most needed it and relieved many months of tightness and soreness. I highly recommend Terrie and the Heavenly Spa. They run a top notch facility with highly professional staff. I had 3 girlfriends who also had deep tissue massages at the same time by different therapists and each had a great experience too.

I had a really great massage at Heavenly Spa! Probably the best massage I’ve ever received! However, I would suggest making the booking website a little more friendly to people who don’t get massages very often. My boyfriend thought he booked a couple’s massage because it was offered as an add-on. He was actually was supposed to book a second massage and add the add-on to that one as well. My boyfriend ended up waiting for me back in the hotel room because there were no other reservations available at that time and no other times later in the day worked for us. I would suggest making it much more clear on the website on how you’re supposed to book it or making it a completely separate type of massage to book instead of making it an add-on.
Overall, very professional staff and relaxing atmosphere. The confusion of the booking just dampened the experience.

Can you use the steam room only or do you have to purchase a service?

We offer a Day Pass that allows you to use the sauna and steam room, as well as the other locker room amenities all day.
