This was recommended by a friend. Was off a side road. Had a small cemetary, ramains of buidlings. There was lots of sunlight and flowers. May great picture taking opportunities. Good for a 15-20 minute stop.

This was a great little find during a morning walk to the harbor. Learned a little history and got some exercise. There is a small area for car parking and also racks for bikers. Nice little find.

Tucked away in Sea Pines Plantation, this is a historic sight. You can read about the historiy of the area and what you are seeing. There is car parking and bike racks. In the summer, make sure you wear bug repellent. Free.

Very interesting to explore ruins of a civil war era plantation. The use of sea shells as a building component is unique and resourceful. A great spot for history fans.

Interesting history. Short walk around plantation ruins. Spent about 30 minutes here. Liked reading how "tabby" was made.

The ruins themselves are not impressive. However, the data cards which explain the remains and what they once were are very goid. They give you a flavor of the islands early settlement.
