We went for massages and facials, the “Queen for a Day” package. It was supposed to be customized, but it was NOT. The therapist was not knowledgeable AT ALL about muscle groups, provided no feedback and I actually left here with a kink in my neck from whatever she did. The facial was worse. No steam, no light, she was rough and fast and jerky in her movements. I had two blemishes which received little to no attention. Not to mention the therapist was coughing and burbing during the whole treatment, sucking down throat lozenges the WHOLE time. So all I heard besides the cliche music was her sniffling and sucking! The walls were thin, so you could here everything. My friends even asked me about the coughing! Decor was tacky. Overpriced and NOT a good experience at ALL!

Good Morning.... I am not sure who this is. I am sorry you felt that way. Why did you not mention your unhappiness while you were their. Our Queen for the Day is our number one selling package. It comes with a customized massage and anti aging facial. The therapists are 5 star rated. We read the body and offer you detailed massage. We don't talk during the massage unless you have a questions. The anti aging facial is Anti aging so we do not use steam. Its a detailed facial massage with deep cleansing. If you asked for steam we could of accommodated you. People comment how much they love the decor of the spa. We just remodeled. Clients mention how relaxing the spa is right when they walk it. We are not over priced. The packages are discounted. Have a wonderful day.

Caution: This establishment has unfair business practices and does not honor its commitments. It does not honor its gift cards. Within the expiration date, I was expected to pay more for a gift card after it was purchased because expenses had increased. Also, on the morning of the spa service, my son tested positive for covid and the cost of the service $190 was not honored because of the 24 hour cancellation policies. Do not use this service. You will be scammed!!!

The massage therapist (facundo) was excellent.
The rest of the experience was beyond tranquil and relaxing. We made an appointment that was misunderstood and then was spoken to unprofessionally for saying there was a mistake with the request for services.
The party was told we could take food in and then the owner complained of the place smelling like food. The owner was irritated and frustrated from the very beginning.
Not a great experience. The facial for one of the party members was reported as a slapping session instead of a pleasurable experience.
Make sure to silence your phone with a private party and don't be loud,either! Gratuity for a party of 3 or more is 18%!

We are grateful for people who appreciate all our work and value our time.
You said Facundo was awesome but yet you cancelled 3 massages when you arrived. The protocol for canceling appointments is 24 hours for any Spa . If you went to the Marriott or the Westin they would have charged your credit card automatically for the services .
I see that you guys are new to Spa services. We were very accommodating.
As I said in the Yelp review we always spray aroma when people eat because we want the place to smell nice for the next people that come in.
Hopefully you're all appreciate and respect the next spa you go to and cancel appointments within 24 hours . This enables the Spa to book other clients who are willing to come.

I just left this place and I feel like jello. When the lady was massaging my feet I'm pretty sure I drooled a little bit. My husband and I have had our share of couples massages in several countries and states, and this was one of the best we've had

Hilton Head island Spa and Wellness is an excellent spa! My friends and I schedule a visit as soon as possible upon our arrival in Hilton Head each year. We have been fortunate to know Paula through her professional services for several years now and have never been disappointed. I have a cervical issue for which I receive regular care in my home state and I am so glad that I found such a skilled therapist as Paula in HHI so that my comfort does not suffer while away from home.

Paula Biondi's Hilton Head Spa and Wellness is an excellent place to relax and enjoy a bit of relaxation and comfort. Paula and her trained staff really know how to make you feel wonderful after a visit. Paula saw that my husband's neck needed cranial therapy because he was unable to move his head from side the side. A Cranial Therapy treatment helped him a great deal. Also, the infra-red treatments are so soothing. We even purchased a bed of our own. I highly recommend Paula's Spa!

My experience at this spa was excellent. Paula did both the Rejuvena Ultrasonic Facial and Cranial Sacral Therapy. She is a skilled professional. My skin looks good and my back, neck and temples are relieved of chronic discomfort. For facials, the spa uses natural products that smell wonderful. Paula applied a variety of products during the facial plus she massaged my entire face. The results have lasted since my return home. On my next visit to Hilton Head I will return this spa.

This healing spa has amazing and different modalities..You can expierience a healing treatment while laying on a Bio mat .My favorite is the Cranio sacral therapy, I have rheumatoid arthritis and it has helped me maintain daily function beyond any medications.. Of course I also love the massage and facials too....loved the staff!!! I am lucky that I live in Hilton Head so I have there healing hands always available to me.

Paula and Amanda were absolutely fantastic. This was my first professional massage and facial and it was delightful. Thank you ladies for the wonderful experience! If you get the chance, definitely go see them.
