We booked the alligator tour through H2O Sports. Since it was the day before Hurricane Ian was supposed to hit, our original boat tour was cancelled. When I called H2O Sports last minute, they were able to fit our party of 2 onto the next tour.

Our tour guide, Joseph, was great and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer any questions that were thrown his way.

We only saw 1 alligator (and her babies) during the 1 hr trip which is the only reason this is getting a 4 instead of a 5. Even though we didn't see as many alligators as we were led on to believe we'd see, it was a fun experience nonetheless and I would definitely recommend it. Maybe try going on a sunny day to have better luck than us!

Our parasailing experience was top notch! As a family of four (two young teens), we had never parasailed. The captain and deck hand made us feel completely comfortable and excited. They moved quickly which took away any time to second guess ourselves. The environment on the boat was very family friendly. The deck hand was very efficient with moving from passenger to passenger and took really great photos for us. This is well worth the money. Such a thrill and great memory we will take with us.

I can't say enough good things about our sunset dolphin tour with H20 on Hilton Head Island. Sean, our captain, was outstanding. He made the trip memorable and exciting. He was personable, professional, extremely knowledgable and went the extra mile to make sure we had a fantastic ride. I've never seen so many dolphin in multiple locations. We've been on these type of trips before and nothing else even comes close. Had we not seen a single fin it would still have been an amazing tour of the island waters. We took our 5 and 3 year old sons and they were thrilled and entertained for the entire 90min trip. Our 5 year old said 'best ride ever!' We were treated to a remarkable view of a beautiful harbor sunset in virtual silence as Sean turned off the engine and we watched the sun slowly sink in magnificent color. It was the perfect ending to an amazing tour. We'll be back and we encourage you to book with H20 and Sean in particular. You will not be disappointed!

Wife and I went on the alligator tour this past week. It was enjoyable, but at $30 a person, was too expensive. It’s worth more like $15 - $18 a person. You are not guaranteed to see a gator. We were lucky and saw three. Two babies and one adult. Our tour guide was good.

I just ordered para sailing and 20 minutes after ordering it we decided to cancel it as we wanted to do something else.
When we ordered no one informed us about the canceling process so I was not aware abut the 24 hours ocancelation.
I asked Colton to cancel it and she was very rude about it. She told me that I was informed about the canceling process. which I was not informed. She then told me she heard that I was informed about it which was a lie and she keep insisting that she heard it...
Anyway I don't think its good advice to teach your employees to argue and lie to costumers.

This 1 hour Dolphin tour was absolutely incredible!!! We saw lots of pods and juveniles off the coast of Daufuskie swimming, breaching, playing, it was nonstop. Our captain was great with lots of facts about HHI, fishing etc.
We have done kayak tours 2x with H2O and had fun too, highly recommend them!!

We had a great time! We went for the history. Map is not to scale. 😂 However, we were able to find a lot of the places listed. You have to keep an eye out for the historic markers. Allow time to go to the Rum Distillery and get a drink while there. The boat ride to and from the island was nice and fast- less than 20 minutes. The Captain was prompt in picking us up and even pointed out some manta rays on the way back to the marina. Overall it was a nice 4 hour trip. The golf carts are governed so make sure you start at the farthest point (#20) of the island to allow time to get back and not be late for pick up. The Mary Field School has a coffee shop in the back. The cookies are amazing - Chocolate Chunk, Shortbread and Lavender cookies are what we had along with a frozen cherry and lemonade drink for the kids.

*H2O also offers a military discount which given once you arrive and show valid ID.

This activity fit the bill for avoiding the crowds in Covid plagued SC! Easy to find in the popular Sea Pines area. We did not have trouble parking, but I could see how it might be difficult during the height of the season. The staff was very nice and everyone had face coverings and kept their distance...thank you! There are goggles for rent/sun glass holder thingys for sale; 5 bucks each if needed. There are big lock boxes right next to the sales kiosk to store your belongings. The instructor was very thorough as safety is their number one concern. The wave runners were sparkly and new looking and worked well, even with 2 adults on each. You are able to jump off the ski to swim if desired. There is a large area that you are allowed to run them in, with some boundaries set out for you. We rented for 1 hr; ample time to have some fun.

We had a 9:30 AM appointment for 3 jet skis, 3 adults, 3 kids (9, 11, 14). The training was very good. The machines were in great shape, The 11 year old didn't stay on long-too noisy. The 14 year old drove and found the control really hurting his hand. We had a big square of open water to use but it was rather boring after the first 20 minutes. The guides did a nice job.

We recently visited HHI and opted to schedule an alligator Tour. Sadly the first day it was cancelled due to inclement weather, so they rescheduled us for the following day. The next day we received a call that the boat was unfortunately damaged during the storm and they were unsure it would be operable for a tour that day. We thought hope was lost, but luckily they called us back shortly thereafter saying it was remedied quickly and they would gladly reschedule at our convenience. Our family loved the tour! We scored Anthony, and he was amazing. Super personable, knowledgeable and great with the kids. We saw alligators, wildlife, and even snagged a green snake to join us for the ride. The kids were thrilled! We, as parents, learned a ton, too. We will definitely go back and make it an annual excursion. Great customer service, great boat, and a great time in general!
