I've been suffering from chronic pain due to overworking as a graphic designer and seamstress. My muscles in my neck and shoulders are so tight that I tell massage therapists, "take my muscles outside, drive over them with your car, then return them". Very few therapists can give my muscles the deep tissue massage I need.
Lisa, is an extremely skilled and thorough massage therapist. I've paid a lot of money on bad massages. I highly recommend her and look forward to her help again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Pre-Natal massage. My massage therapist focused on my achy points such as my back and feet. Although, I do wish she did my arms. I assume since it was a Pre-Natal massage that was not an area of focus. Also, the aromatherapy is a must. Vicky who is the owner was very professional and welcoming. I would definitely go back on my next trip to Hilton Head!

One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. Stopped in for a birthday present to my self and ended up getting an awesome experience! I am going back and recommend anyone. Thanks again ladies!

Dea was my massage therapist who not only relaxed my stressed body but took away the sharp radiating pain from my neck down my right arm. I am astonished as to her skill and how she intuitively knew what I needed and the pressure necessary. I made another appointment to see her next week!

Super clean, easy to book and relaxing massage I received from Astar was one of the best I’ve ever had! The whole staff was very welcoming. Will definitely return when we come back to the area!
I appreciated the appt. reminder with directions on where to park, where the spa is located and the cash gratuity policy. A++++ experience from the time I booked my appt.

We visited Fountain Spa on the last day of our honeymoon. Andrea and Lynn gave us our first massages. The experience was so peaceful relaxing and affordable! We're returning home stress free and relaxed! Thank you Fountain Spa! We'll see you next year!

Aster was the PERFECT therapist -- I have fibromyalgia and need massage to loosen knots in my back, shoulders and neck. It's hard to find a massage therapist who knows trigger point. She gave me a fabulous massage and I'll go back when I am back in HH!

Star was great, one of the best massages I’ve ever had, especially for my back and neck. Very friendly and accommodating for our group of 5. Convenient location.

I had an 80 minute massage this week with Dea. It was absolutely fabulous, easily surpassing massage I had previous week at a high-end hotel in Atlanta (and was less expensive). Dea was a wonderful masseuse. I highly recommend her!

The only reason I went here was because they were offering a groupon deal for a mani pedi. When I called to make my appointment, the woman I spoke with was rude and condescending. Basically mocking me for thinking they would be able to do mani pedi's past 5pm. I had to make a weekend appointment to which I had to wait two weeks for an opening. She told me my appointment time and took my groupon number. I show up two weeks later at my scheduled appointment time to discover that the spa wasn't even open at 10 like it was supposed to be. The lady who was suppose to open that day was running late to there were three customers waiting outside the door. The employee finally showed up and let us all in. When she asked if I had an appointment I had said yes and gave her my information. She said they had no record of my appointment and they were already double booked. I had to leave and come back later. I was told to call back later to see if there was avaiability. When I called, I spoke to the same rude woman who booked my appointment who didn't take any of the blame and said it was my fault. At this point it wasn't even worth my time to reschedule because I do not want to do business with people who are rude to their customers. I will never go there again and hope people considering going there take this review into account. Save your time and money.
