Absolute blast on this tour! What a great experience driving our own inflatable mini boat all over the channels and bays of HH. Customer service was top notch booking with MONIKA and our guide JACK provided a terrific tour to see lighthouses, a gorgeous sunset and tons of dolphins within feet of our boat. This is NOT a slow boring sightseeing excursion. You will find yourself cruising along at a fast fun pace and staying safe and dry the entire time. Do yourself a favor and book this adventure to immerse yourself in the Hilton Head waterways and all it has to offer. Thanks to One HHI for a great time.

While we initially signed up for the Pirate cruise, due to low attendance, our visit was on the Dolphin cruise. The crew were informative, and they delivered on viewing dolphins in the wild. We enjoyed the cruise, and would highly recommend this.

In spite of visiting in the middle of the “pandemic”, my son and I had a very nice stay. Majority of staff was friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was not offered, but they did offer a few breakfast items for take back to your room. I was scolded by a breakfast attendant because the occupancy limit was 5 people at a time in the breakfast area-I did not realize there were 5 people in the room when I attempted to enter. I was told, not asked, to wait outside. Although the attendant was abrupt and raised her voice, she did say please.

We took the dolphin tour which was a pontoon boat with a covered roof, so we didn't get blasted by the sun. We went at 11am and even with the full sun the covering and breeze kept us nice and cool even on the last day of June. It was a good location and the tour guide was informative and entertaining. We saw dolphins about 6 times in an hour. The driver does everything they can to get as close as you safely can. These are wild dolphins so don't expect them to be jumping up right next to the boat wanting you to pet them. They were close enough to get some good pictures. All in all it was just really worth it to be on a relaxed boat with an informed person from the island, enjoying nature. I think it is a must do if you visit HHI.

As a local to the island, I’ve utilized One HHI before. When our guests arrived from the North- we just KNEW we had to book with them again! Sarah and Elizabeth in the front office were beyond accommodating throughout our booking process.

This time around, we were able to tour the beautiful Lowcountry in our “mini-boats” following our extremely knowledgeable tour guide, Jack. Not only did he ensure we all felt confident and safe before operating our own watercraft- but he just had THE BEST personality on the water. Our tour was filled with smooth scenic opportunities, adrenaline packed wave running, and a plethora of interesting facts regarding the different areas we discovered. With movie filming locations, houses of the stars and more— it was awesome hearing all of his SC tidbits. Even as a local, I learned so much this go around!

Our guests mentioned many times that they had never experienced such an amazing, action packed tour. We promised to go back when they visit next to try one of there other adventures! 5 Stars for sure!

Our family took a short 90 min tour through the bay/creekside and into the marsh. It was nice to be out on the water and our guide Taylor knew all about the diverse wildlife in the area. I think a tour at or near low tide would be more likely for seeing dolphin, but check before booking.

We had a great afternoon seeing the dolphins. This company goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time, even offering money back if you are not satisfied with the day. Once dolphins were spotted they maneuvered the boat repeatedly to face the area where the dolphins were and follow them as much as possible. The crew were friendly and knowledgeable. They especially make sure that young children are included and have a great experience! We were very impressed.

When we arrived in the waiting area we were warmly greeted by Gary the dolphin who swam up and visited with us for a bit while we waited to board. Kelly and Captain Scott were friendly and knowledgeable. They were gracious in enforcing safety policies. The boat was clean and sanitized. We saw quite a few dolphins and got some great pics. The music was a little too loud (though we were directly under a speaker) which made hearing Kelly difficult. I suggest she get a mic to help the guests hear her very informative and interesting narrative. This excursion was incredibly memorable.

Although I only gave a 3 circle rating, the actual trip was really good. I did learn however, that it's best to sit toward the bow or front of the boat. Otherwise the engine noise gets old.
So why did I give them a 3? Two reasons, first the girl that took payment was not paying attention and charged full price after I told her I had a special rate. She refunded my credit card and recharged but the original charge sat on the card for days. Second, the tour guide gave one piece of misinformation. She said the Harbor Town Lighthouse was not a real lighthouse. We then found out a couple days later when we went there that the HTL is in fact a real lighthouse. Otherwise, a great trip.

Dolphins were in rare form swimming around boat & even toward the boat to check us out. Fantastic guide and captain. The check-in office is a bit hard to find so get good directions!

Hi Lily, Thanks for the glowing 5 star review! We’re glad the dolphins came out to play on your trip and that the guide and captain helped facilitate an awesome trip! Thanks again for the kind words and we hope to see you again on your next HHI Trip.
