It was great to have so many rental options. We chose cruiser bikes for one day. Toland took extra time to assure the bikes fit properly before we left. Once on the road we were very pleased with how well the bikes performed! We needed extra help during the day, and Spencer went above and beyond to assist with the situation. The whole experience demonstrated superb customer service from the HHO team! Highly recommend.

We went with Captain Trent on the lagoon charter and an inshore charter as well. Both trips were outstanding. We caught good numbers of redfish, flounder and a monster black drum in the lagoon. Caught approximately 20 redfish and a nice trout inshore fishing. Both trips exceeded our expectations. Captain Trent is very knowledgeable, familiar with the area, he will put you on the fish and help you enjoy your time on the water. Trent goes the extra mile, makes sure you get some great pictures, very personable, a pleasure to fish with. Went in to rent a bike for the day because the bike I had at our condo had a chain that kept falling off. The owner Gary could have rented me a bike but instead he volunteered to fix my bike for free. Great person and great businessman and I would recommend them to anyone.

Our family love doing business with HH Outfitters! This was our third time renting bikes from them and our second kayaking trip and once again the experience was flawless and so very enjoyable. We choose to do morning 2-hour kayak excursions to avoid the heat and have been able to see so much of the 11 miles of the Palmetto Dunes lagoons. The wildlife is so very abundant and the lack of currents and minimal wind make it one of the best places ever to enjoy the kayaking experience. We highly recommend it and the great folks at Outfitters will be sure to take good care of you whether you be experienced paddlers or first-timers.

We spent another great day on the water with Capt Trent. We chased the Red fish and had some success. Nothing beats watching a young man catch these powerful fish. WE have been fishing with Trent for many years and every trip is a great experience. He works extremely hard to make the time a memorable one and we will definitely join him again.

My 13 year old son took surfing lessons and it was the highlight of his vacation. The staff was patient and worked well with all ages that took the class. He was up on his board quicker than I anticipated he’d be and smiling ear to ear. And now we will be renting a board for the rest of our trip.

This was my third time renting from Hilton Head Outfitters and it certainly won't be my last. Our bikes arrived as scheduled and in perfect condition. We really enjoyed our daily bike rides in Palmetto Dunes along with the occasional stops at The General Store, Big Jim's and The Dunes for a nice cold drink looking out over to the ocean. I highly recommend renting from Hilton Head Outfitters for any of your beach needs, especially any type of bike.
