Beautiful area! The leaves were in full color change, the breeze was cool and crisp, the sun was shining. It was a perfect day for a low key hike and we thoroughly enjoyed the drive and facilities. $5 per person, on the honor system when we were there. Great trails in multiple areas plus a clubhouse with vending and gift... More

Went on a hike in late fall after most of the leaves were down. Nice area, but still HATE paying $10 to get into a SP to hike with my wife. Nice enough scenery, but not special enough to pay for.

As an avid hiker I found Paris Mountain State Park to be very underwhelming. There aren't any trails with nice views, we even asked at the visitor's center before we hiked and the trail they recommended was very boring.

Paris Mountain State Park is one of Greenville's treasures. It is so close to the city and neighborhoods, but is a wonderful park filled with walking trails and picnic areas. There are waterfalls, a lake for kayaking, etc. You feel like you are a million miles away from the city, but it really isn't far from the bustling downtown.

I learned to swim here and still it is safe and fun. Bring chairs and blankets; enjoy the view and bring your Smart phone .

So close to the city, but far away. Great trails, never too crowded and perfect for walking dogs, hiking, picnics, family parties and swimming/boating in season.

This park has a small lake for swimming, a playground, plenty of picnic tables, a campground, and many hiking/biking trails. We usually like to hike the short trail around the lake, but there are some more moderate/difficult trails further up the mountain. This park does charge admission ($5/person) but we have a state park pass so this is not an... More

I wouldn't call this a destination site, but the Park is a nice place to take an easy hike and look over the city of Greenville
