This small professional theater is in the heart of Greenville's wonderful downtown. We saw the current production of Mark Twain's farce "Is He Dead" at a Sunday matinee. The actors played to a packed house with several of the cast playing more than one role. It was side-splitting, with great performances especially from Dave LePage and Maury Reed. My wife... More

We see just about every show Centre Stage does and I guess of we didn't travel as much as we do we'd see them all. Centre Stage is a perfect small theatre where all the seats offer a wonderful view of the stage. Sisters of Swing was performed very well and as I said before they do a fabulous job... More

This little theater is a hidden gem. Small, stadium seating style theater in the round. The talent is spectacular and shows always a delight. Arrive early to enjoy a glass of wine or beer ahead of the show. And make sure you make time before or after the play to walk a few feet down the hill and eat at... More

Our first visit to this theatre was great! We saw the production "Sisters of Swing" about the Andrew Sisters and were very impressed by the actors, the singing and the intimate seating. We bought tickets last minute and sat on the left side. The actors play to all three sections and there isn't a bad seat in the house!! We... More

I had the opportunity to see another performance at Centre Stage. This time I sat in the $15 seats on the side. I preferred the side seat to the center one I had last time but I am sure most would like the center seats better. The staff is very friendly and the smaller size makes it easy to feel... More

I go to this theater several times a year and the experience is always memorable. Highly recommend their "Fringe Series". A little off-beat, usually, and always well done. The seats are stacked in a semi-circle and elevated so that someone's head is never obstructing your view. Not a bad seat in the house.

Our first show at Centre Stage and it won't be our last. We saw Second Chance, one of the Fringe Series shows. The play was well done in every aspect (cast, stage setting, costumes, etc.). The theater is small with stadium seating which provides excellent viewing from every seat. As a bonus, our seat mates were very friendly and provided... More
