Wanted to explore Georgetown while on vacation in North Myrtle Beach. Quant small city. Harborwalk is not very long but was an enjoyable walk on a beautiful sunny day. Surprised that several of the boats in the harbor looked like they needed a good cleaning....More

Going on a cool March day (45’) made the walk along the boardwalk a little chilly but still enjoyed the view of the water and boats. Can only imagine how busy it would be when things warm up. Enjoyed the South Carolina Maritime Museum (Free)...More

Great walk to catch a nice breeze and check out some boats and shops. You can book and boat tour at one of the entrances. The maritime museum is also at the entrance. Worth a quick walk around.

Georgetown is truly a hidden gem. This place was amazing and so relaxing. The boardwalk was not crowded as we went in December and it was very easy to grab drinks & food while admiring the boats. My kids had a blast too.

We visited Georgetown on an overcast, cool day in December. I'm sure with a warm sun shining overhead it would have been lovely, but it was December and we found most of the shops closed (on a Wednesday). We did find this charming little restaurant...More

What a gorgeous place this is. If you love boats & being by the water, this a a must see if your in the area. There are also places to sit & relax and if your hungry, there are several places to eat.

Lot of restaurants and stores, but just enjoyed looking at the boats and water. The dog loved it. It's just a boardwalk, free.

We visited during their Mardi Gras parade and most shops were closed up. Waste of our time.
