While this isn't the most beautiful park, it excels at offering local residents lots to do. There are trails, fishing, tubing, a new playground, a water park, eco tours and bird watching, classes of all kinds, an outdoor stage for plays and music and much more. The main walking trail is paved and quite wide. It's good for strollers and... More

Had a business class at the River Center. This is a great place to have an event or meeting as the facility is modern, comfortable, and the amenities are top-notch. I highly recommend this place for your company or organization to hold a meeting or class.

Met with a small group here for a send off party in June. Easy to find, excellent party room and helpful staff.

The water park is a nice place for smaller kids. They provide a lifeguard. The only problem is that it is so nice it gets packed quickly and that is dangerous for the smaller kids. Lots of kids running also causes danger, especially for the smaller ones. Get there when they open and you will get the best hour of... More

Our family has been here for weddings, birthday parties, baby showers and Church School celebrations. The facilities rental fees are reasonable and the park is well maintained. It has accommodations large for family events and also offers facilities with more cozy atmospheres. The gazebo was wonderfully perfect for the outside wedding we attended... There is something for everyone to do... More

Be sure to visit this park-the $5 entry fee is well worth it. The environmental center has some very nice exhibits for adults and children! Trails are easy access but the trail map is very confusing.

Did a 4 mile trail by myself and enjoyed it. The trail was very easy to walk and probably good for bikes and strollers. Mostly shaded

I went to the Saluda Shoals Park for a picnic at Saluda Shoals Park. It was my first visit and I loved it. I would highly recommend it for all type of gatherings. It's beautiful out there. Would highly recommend it to everyone.

So I'm a mom of two, and we really love Saluda Shoals, specifically for the scenic views as well as the splash pad is one of the best in all of the Midlands. My son has issues with showers (I know, I know, strange toddler problems), but he loves this place, after a few minutes. My husbands company has a... More
