I loved this place and the boat ride getting there . Had lots of fun and they had a on board bar so I was happy . Can't say enough about how helpful the people running the tours were .

A very nice cruise out to Fort Sumter and back including a tour of the fort. Well worth the fare. You get beautiful views of the city of Charleston and the rangers at the fort were most informative.

Nice look at our US history which I find fascinating. Tour includes a boat ride to Fort Sumter, an overview of Fort Sumter's history and the opportunity to walk the area.

The first trip of the day raises the flag over Fort Sumter. Lincoln sent the commander of Sumter who lowered the flag back at the end of the war to raise the flag again. It feels like you are connected back to then. It was...More

The boat ride from Patriots Point (they also depart from the Aquarium) offers a nice view of the city from the water. Walking around the fort gives you some perspective of how the April 1861 bombardment may have looked. However, the real reason to go...More
